your perfectly fine having your period can be very confusing .change of diet or execises can affect your period pretty much anything one of my friends got her period at the same age as you shes 16 now she gets her period every 3months.i had my period at 13 once and only once came back at 15 its still not regular.dont worry about it your going to be fine wish you luck. ]
It is normal. Don't worry. The first couple years it will be irregular because your body is getting used to the changes. It happens to all kinds of people, not just you. It happened to me when i first started and i worried like you but trust me, it is normal. Hope this helps! ]
It's perfectly normal to skip months at a time. I know people who skip the summer, people who even got their period once and didnt get it again for a year. Your young and your body is getting used to these changes that puberty brings and some people aren't regular til they are out of their teenage years.
Good luck,
-Abby ]
