dizziness

Question Posted Monday May 28 2007, 1:03 pm

Over the past couple of days I've been feeling rather dizzy/woozy on occasion. It's pretty random and I'm not sure why.
I'm a bit tired even though I've been having plenty of sleep, any reasons why I might be feeling dizzy?

Its likey you are dehydrated. Make sure you drink a lot of water or drink gatorade that helps. If it continues then seek medical help.
hope this helps!

It may have to do with blood pressure. If you have been outside , or if it is hot, it may be heat exaustion. If I were you, I would call your doctor and mention these things. They will be able to help you even more.

good luck!
