Try this book from GetABiggerButt.com. The only thing your going to find to help you. In the past week I got so much confidence because of all the compliments, girls that get jealous, and all that GOOD stuff. It tells you exercise, foods, herbs, remedies, all that! EVERYTHING!

There is no way you can get a big butt without also getting big thighs and getting big in other places. When you put on weight, the fat distributes throughout your body, though it may settle more in certain places. If it happens to settle in your butt, it'll also settle in your thighs and legs. Exercises will tone the muscles, but exercises won't inflate your butt the way you want to.

hey, well you can just eat more, but healthy. you dont want to go around eating burger king three times a day just to get a butt. what you want to do is eat healthy, but a little bigger portion than you would normally take. that way your eatting a little more just enough to grow a little. another thing you could do is just excersize and tone the other parts of your body. like do crunches, leglifts, pushups, etc. maybe join a gym with a friend or relative. that way you will be motivated not to fall behind, give up, or quit.

i asked my mom about this same thing.
she used to be an exercise teacher so she told me an exercise i could do.
since your butt muscles are some of the fastest growing muscles,it wont take long and it wont take alot of work.
what you do is stand with your feet together.then, still standing straight up,lift one of your legs BACKWARDS,and make sure its still straight.
then while you are doing this, squeeze your butt muscles.
good luck.

I don't think that there are any foods that will just make your butt grow bigger, but you can do excersizes that only work your abs or your arms or legs. You don't need to excersize your butt too. Do crunches and pushups and things like that.. But don't eat poorly because you want a butt. Good Luck!
