The other columists obviously don't know what Facebook is. I looked it up on the help section and this is their answer. "We have about as much of an idea as you do. We thought it would be fun to make a feature that had no real purpose and to see what happens from there. So mess around with it, because you're not getting an explanation from us." LOL Original Question! I like poking my brother, and weird kids on the bus. You poke someone, if you want 2 annoy them, or want to get attention, or you like them....many more reasons!! Try poking someone, and see what they do....

But anyways, The reasons are endless. Youe could be poking somebody to get their attention,annoy them,flirting with somebody,see their reaction,ect.
