Paid Programing. Sauna Belt
well i ordered the velform sauna belt. and i was just wondering if it really works? (even though i already ordered it i havent gotten it yet) and when i get it should i use it with a shirt or just bear my belly? thank you

I hope you didn't pay too much for this because it really doesn't do much at all. All it really does is make you lose the tiniest bit of water weight that comes back as soon as you restrict or eat too much sodium. You will see a little difference after you take the belt off, but it all comes back. Water weight is unstable, you must lose bodyfat. If you need a quick fix that helps your stomach look a little better for an hour or 2 then it works pretty good. You never know :-)

This is what I think. I think it will probably work but it will take a long time. Sweating off POUNDS is what you are doing, and really think about how long that will take. Oh and you wear it without a shirt, probably with a sports bra or something. I do hope it works for you though!
