I want to fly an airplane

Hey.
Never thought I would ever have to ask a question. But just recently, my old man died. And we went through his safe and got his will. I went down the list with my family. All though we aren't going to do anything yet. I found out what I was getting.
Before I was even born, my grandpa owned a plane. A Cessna 177 cardinal. Now the thing is I heard about this legendary plane. And my sister, my mother, everyone thought my dad sold this long back. But turns out he had put it in a hanger for all these years. It looks pretty good. It looks almost brand new. But I am not so sure whether it can run or not. I'm going to call a guy after me and my family deal with my father and everything.

Relatives that live with relatives

Well a few years ago my mother passed away leaving a very expensive house to my bum sister. ( my name was taken off do to her scamming). Now all these years later her bum son lives with her . He has 2 kids from first girlfriend and the she left him and then he married had a baby with some one else and split up after 3 months and lives with his mom (my sister). He is 37. It burns me up. That I struggle. And the money I got from the inheritance I bought a house in a not so good. Neighborhood. Me and my husband have always lived on are own but struggle. I see people living with family members and getting away with it. I feel stupid. Maybe I should have taken the easy road.? Am I stupid? Burnt up

OK guys, please help me understand he's a friend whenever we're sat next to each other, time to time and very often feels like he likes touching my arms patting my shoulders, when we disagree on something he goes on and says if you don't shut up I wil give you a hug with a hint of smile, I'm not a shy girl as we've hugged few times (i insisted the quick hug) just before saying bye from having cuppa. When I get the things right on a project he says I'm proud of you and deserve a kiss with a hint of smile again. As I'm going away for a few weeks he says he's going to miss me and told him I'll miss him too. So, what is this? Do you reckon any normal male friend does this or is this all in a good fun or does he like me at least a bit? Every answers are appreciated!

How to make someone be a healthy eater?

My dad is 75 years old and he has had a poor diet for most of his life. He believes that because he goes to the gym every day, he is at the peak of condition. But for the past five years or so, he has been struggling with severe chronic constipation due to his bad eating habits. He has had colon cancer twice (both times we were lucky and the doctor cut it out before it started to spread too much) but cannot get himself to stop binging on burgers and ice cream. Over and over again, I have tried to explain to him the importance of eating fruits and vegetables. I have tried creating menus for him to follow and came up with all sorts of ideas to make this as easy as possible for him. He always agrees, but abandons the plan within 2-7 days. Part...

Sad and Lost

I feel like I am in a crisis now. I recently had to leave several people I love very dearly to come home and I am living with my mom who I have no emotional relationship with. These people were my emotional lifeline while at school and in life including one teacher in particular who really cared about me and I came to depend on her emotionally and on our regular meetings. Every time I think about these people I sob. My life feels aimless. I feel like I am not here. Their love was what I lived for and now I don't feel it anywhere. I feel like my body is here but nothing else. I am doing things and in a summer program in (commuting daily to NYC) which I am working on things I'm passionate about, but I don't feel fully here. Sunscreen Help.

I am actually confused when it comes to sunscreen. I prefer the spray on kind. I know SPF stands for the protection rate but not how high an SPF I need on the bottle. I also don't know how to figure out how often to apply it before I scorch inadvertently.
My situation is that of having to be in direct sunlight and heat for over 2 hrs over course of three days often seated. What's the best SPF and duration before reapplying for me? Thanks.

why does a guy friend keeps saying he likes my company, he enjoys my company whenever we see each other? he has stated that he likes me as a friend but really sometimes its so hard what boys are thinking actually. we have a good banter. I like him. however, is it another way of saying that he likes me and spending time with me? or am I over thinking things? thanks a lot!

Almost a month ago , I found s lump in my arm pit so I went to my doctor and she said it was a boil and prescribed an antibiotic it eventually went away. Then I found another under my right breast. I showed it to my doctor when I went to my follow up about the boil under my armpit and she did s breast exam and asked if I had breast cancer in my family and honesty I don't know. Now it is leaking blood and sometimes it's red and other times it's orange. Help

custody of granddaughter my daughter terminally ill

I am a mother of 4 and grandmother of 8. My eldest daughter C has been battling cancer the past 2 years she has now fallen terminally ill and is only expected another week or two. Her 3 children will soon need a new home the my eldest granddaughter from C has a different biological father from her other siblings when her mother passes it is likely she will be sent to live with him even though he has not been a part of her life and she doesn't know him. The bio father of my other two grand babies passed in Afghanistan in 09 shortly after the youngest was born. What can I do to insure that all of my grandbabies come to me mostly the eldest as she has a father that never wanted her. Please help me not worry as much in this very tough time

OK, been friends for half a year. Really cool lad. Helps me with a projects time to time. However, he has a gf and I have a bf. Recently, he went away for a few weeks and hadn't seen me for a while but when he saw me after few weeks, he asks did you miss me? I said, everyday, he laughed and called me liar. So, me and my mother were gonna go to the local shopping center to get some equipment for my summer sport. Well, we were also gonna get me a teething ring. I constantly grind and chomp down on my teeth, it's a habit that I can't put down. I read somewhere that chewing on a teething ring sometimes helped them, so I decided to give it a shot. Me and my mom were listing what we needed and I added my teething ring. She suddenly went all ape shit and was saying in a loud voice how I don't need one and I should just stop thus habit because I apparently suddenly have the ability to stop an addictive habit. I'm into a long distance relationship, and I celebrated my birthday in the month of May.. my boyfriend schools in another state, so all he did was to call me and wish me well,he also said he was starting exam that day so he couldn't come over for the weekend that was all.. His best friend celebrated her birthday this month June, he called me and told me few days to her birthday that he was traveling to meet her(cos she schools in another state also).. He went over because of her and uploaded over 50 of her pictures.. I feel uncomfortable and angry,cs none of my picture was posted, neither was I even acknowledged and I dnt knw what to do anymore.. what is going on??

Hello, I'm 22 and a small built female. I add small built because it'll play into my question later.
I graduated with my bachelors degree in sociology and psychology a little over a year ago. I'm working in a daycare now to get experience with children. However, the place I am at now, I had put my two weeks in. This place is just very poorly ran, my boss lost a child the other day, the director and assistant director leave to go shopping together all the time, they tell us to lie to parents on progress reports so I just felt that I needed to get out. So, on Friday at the end of this current week, I will be unemployed. I have enough money saved, I live at home still and my car is paid off so I'm not really financially worried...
