As two other people have said before, being emo doesn't mean you cut. Or cutting does NOT make you emo. And just because you're considered goth doesn't mean you wear black all the time. etcc. You're being extremely stereotypical, which will get you nowhere.
BUT anyways, to answer your question, preppy people usually wear the stuff that is considered "in" at the moment. Some stores would be Abercomrbie&Fitch, American Eagle, Hollister, etc.

Okay, I do agree with your dad.
Tongue piercings are horrible. It is rare, BUT you can actually die from getting your tongue pierced. Even if you don't die, you can get some serious diseases. But if you honestly honestly want to get it pierced, maybe tell him that you will pay for it. And you will take care of everything, etc.

Well, the thing is it's rare that your diet will make you break out. You usually break out from hanging outside with your friends etc. Because of the dirt, oil, etc. that clogs up your pores. So just wash your face twice a day (morning and night) and your acne should clear up in no time =D

You shouldn't have to change the way you look to be able to hang out with the 'cool' crowd. Trust me, they most likely (sp?) aren't your real friends. Trust me, screw what they think. They aren't worth it at all. You one day will find someone who loves you for you. Not for what you look like.

I have to make a cd for a class where each song represents something important to me.
I really need help finding good songs.
1. My three best friends, who are like sisters to me. We barely fight, argue a lot, but we all know we'll always be there for eachother when we need. They really have my whole heart and I'd be lost without them.
2. My boyfriend, we've been through a lot of rough times, and a lot of good times. He's basically the only thing that keeps me from breaking down at times. I have a lot of trouble expressing myself to him so i'd like something with a lot of emotion.

hey, well i'm 14/f. how old do you have to be to get a tattoo?? i know i'm to young now, but how long would i have to wait?? cause i really want one. a small one on my foot. see, my cousin and half-sis both have a tattoo on their feet, and i think it looks soo cute!! my cousin has her sign (leo) and my sister has that one thing sign from the video "Where is the love?" with the little box with the question mark, and around the box it says where is the love, and i can't remember what is on the other foot. and also, how bad does it hurt?? it looks like it would hurt pretty badly, and i don't always handle pain very well. like, what does it feel like? is there any examples? if and when i get one, i want it to be one of those Fleur-de-lis and it would probably be in pink. would that be cute?? i know i'm thinking of this too soon, but i think its fun to just think of different things that would be cute. anyways, thanks a bunch!!! Well, you can get a tattoo when you are 16 or 17 with your parents permission. But when you are 18 you can get a tattoo without anyone's permission but yours.
And about the pain, it doesn't hurt to bad, and after a while you get used to it. (No, I haven't got a tattoo, yet. But my dad has many tattoos, my friends have many tattoos too, and my mom has a few, and they all said the first time they got a tattoo it didn't hurt that much, and that you will get used to it)
Also if and when you get your tattoo make sure you are going to want to have the tattoo later on in your life, because these things are permanent. And it hurts like hell to get them removed!
