When I was younger I used to do all srts of stuff to gain muscle. The only 3x things I found worked were doing some martial arts and doing them a lot as they will build a layer of functional muscle over a period of years. Doing squats with heavy weights properly always increasing the amount that is lifted once every week, and finally doing energetic activities constantly like gardening that involves pulling up weeds and digging holes; or getting a part time job in the stock room of an appliance store moving TVs and stuff around. Stock work in general is really good if you put in a lot off effort and move lots of stock. Also cut right back on any form of sugar as this seems to be bad for muscle gain. Drinking nothing but water is also a good help.

Hello,
I recently took an IQ test, and today I got the results through the post. It says my IQ is in the top 10% of the population. Is that good? I mean, It it worth noting on my resume, etc? Or is that just average? or slightly above?
Any input appreciated. Thanks.

I would put things like your previous jobs and education. It would also be a good idea to add some hobbies/things you like to do on that thing. IQ tests are often wrong. There is no reliable method for determining someones overall IQ. People are good at different things i.e. one person might be a math whizz, another a true story teller. What makes being better at any one task better/ more vauable to a potential employer.
Or something like that. I'm sure you get what I mean to say :)
