My mother is a physical therapist, and I have been helping take care of my Great Grandmother for several years now while she has been in and out of the hospital. I tell you this so you have some reassurance that I at least somewhat know what I am talking about.
First off, like the above users said, if she falls ask her if anything hurts, and make sure she hasn't seriously injured herself.
If she has call 911.
If she tells you she is more or less ok, and it is just a matter of getting her off the floor, you need to know how to do that without hurting her.
Do not grab her hands and pull her up like you would one of your friends.
If you think you can lift her yourself, then do these next instructions alone, if not call your cousin and get her to help you.
Back the the don't pull her by her hands. go behind her and lift her up into a sitting position, in such a way that if she had the strength she could stand up.
Then you grab under her arms, in the armpit, and that is where you do the lifting, this will prevent and dislocating of joints etc. (You would do this kind of the same way you pick of a toddler.)
Honestly in order to get her up you are most likely going to need someone else there just in case because you don't want to get her halfway up and then not be able to hold her, because she would end up falling again.
Hope this was helpful.

wats the diff between race and ethnicity and nationality? (link)
|
Race is more or less based on the color of your skin. Such as White (Caucasian), or Black (african american), Hispanic, or Asian.
Ethnicity is the same as race, it is just a bigger word for race.
Nationality is, for instance using the hispanic race as an example, being Mexican, Puerto Rican, or Cuban. Other examples of Nationality are American, Canadian etc. The keyword in that is nation, it really just means what nation you are from.

Hey =].
I like to consider myself a religious person. But sometimes it's hard. My question is specifically what are some things I should be praying about? I mean, I don't like to pray about the same things over and over, though I do. Should I be praying for better questions on Advicenators? ;]
If you pray, what are things you find yourself praying about so that it's not always the same thing each time? (link)

You shouldn't feel like you have to pray or that God is judging you. If you feel the need to pray (which doesn't have to be everyday) then pray. Praying isn't something that you have to do every night before you go to be.
When something is waying heavily on your heart and you need to talk about it, and feel like you aren't alone in dealing with it, talk to god about it.
Otherwise you don't have to pray. God is always there listening, and he doesn't mind if you repeat yourself, but, in my opinion, he does want you to really care about the things you talk to him about.
Do you know what I mean?
Hope that was helpful.
