I am in cheerleading and we have a competetion in a few months (like 3) Im not sure how to get into shape quickly. Like I weigh 150 lbs and im trying to get down to 140 or 135. I used to weigh 114 and I got sent to a program and I came out 160. Ive lost 10 lbs in a month in 1/2 but it wasnt on purpose! (link)

i would tell you to do crash dieting but it is very dangerous, so just exercise 4 times a week, diet regularly, and you should get to your desired weight in no time.
