I'm a 13/f.I'm a cutter,and have been for a long time.Sometimes,I think of cutting my arteries on purpose,and let myself bleed to death.SOme poeple say that I should see a mental doctor,to help with my suicidal thoughts,but I'm not gonna see one.Am I crazy fot having these thoughts? (link)
This doesn't mean your crazy but its not normal to have suicidal thoughts. You should go and talk to someone it will help a lot. If not talk to someone you trust instead of bottling emotions.
Is there a reason you have these thoughts?
You might need medication to help you, please get help before you seriously hurt yourself.

Im going to have sex for my first time im 16 and im ready to do it so do not question weather or not im ready thanks.
But i am kinda scared about the actually doing it cause one i cant even put a tampon in it hurts so bad so how do i deal with that?
and 2 are we going to have to get eachother off before we do it... haha i just dont want it to be horrible cause of me. (link)
Best thing to do is take it slow, use lots of lube and stay relaxed. Its meant to be a special and enjoyable experience so if its too painful or doesn't feel right the first time you try stop and try again soon there's no rush :)
Its not as painful as you think it will be so don't worry! Normally it helps if you get used to him fingering you first and sex shouldn't be as difficult as if you wasn't used to it.
Remember to use a condom! Other wise enjoy, it only gets better!

I've been wearing the same clothes since I was in middle school and I am now a senior in high school. I've always worn baggy sweatshirts, sweat pants, ugly sneakers or old boots. I also wear a lot of black. I basically scare people away and I actually had someone call me a bum. At first, I couldn't possibly care less, but now it's got me thinking that this must be the reason why I have a low self-esteem about my physical appearance. I want to change the way I dress and my overall physical appearance for this new school year, but I have no idea how to do that.
Basically, I have short dark, dark brown hair with matching eyes and I have a sort of hourglass figure. I'm 5'2' and weight about 125 lbs. I can't really say what styles I'm interested in because I love them all and I'm so used to wearing dark clothes, particularly black, so... What can I do to show people that I'm not entirely a loner and wouldn't mind making some new friends? (link)
Firstly it must be quite a scary transition for you but you should just have fun and experiment with styles to find what you like.
For your hair why not try going a few shades darker or lighter? And if your feeling more adventurous go for a redy brown, dark red or even a bright red! Have it cut, maybe shorter bangs or a middle parting, maybe some short layers cut in that you could back comb and style.
As for glasses it depends on your face shape to what suits you. Try a black smaller pair for the sexy sophisticated look or even consider contact lenses.
Keep your skin in good condition drink plenty of water, wash your face with a sensitive soap morning and night, exfoliate 1-2 times a week, moisturise once a day and use a toner. Makeup wise try a light foundation (make sure it matches your skin colour, don't want too look pale or orange!) Ask for help on matching your colour in the shop, or even just a light powder to hide blemishes. Use a consealer to hide dark cirles under your eyes. Use a bit of black eye liner if you like, but mascara is a must it will open your eyes and will make a hug difference.
For your clothes, look threw fashion magazines find styles you like and go shopping and use it as guide lines and add your own personal twist on the styles to make it your own. Add colour and accessories. Invest in some skinny jeans (blacks good) and some cute tshirts, make sure there the right size for you not baggy! (:
Shoes? Try flats there are sooo many different kinds. Converse are great too! Army boots, wedges, heels, kitten heels. Anything you feel is you or the new you.
Paper your self every once and a while, paint your nails do hair and face masks invite your friends over or potential friends over for girly nights and films. As long as you feel good with your self and be confident you will look it! (:

hey i have dark brown hair and ive had blonde highlights before and liked them and was thinking about getting them again. I wanna get alot of blonde on the top of my head like partial highlights almost and i cant find any pics of brown hair with lots of blonde highlights focusing on the top. I do still want it to look like i have brown hair underneath. Any help with finding pics would be great! thanks i do rate! :) (link)
You should explain what you want to your hair dresser. If you want to have underneath as your coloured hair maybe you should have what they call 'half head' (which is what I have) which is the section of hair from about you ears upwards blonde. Have a few shades of blonde, looks so much better than just one shade!
Search 'half head blonde' on google imagines, buy a hair magazine or look at celebs hair.
Or explain it to your hair dresser and go for it (: what's the worst that can happen? That you don't like it, if you don't dye it back to how it is and try again. Experiment until you get the result you want (:


Hi, 18/f, I am going to a concert on 9/10 and i want to lose weight.. Right now I am 5'5" and i weigh about 150 lbs. I would like to weigh 135-140 by the concert. & I would like to get rid of my love handles. I need an intense workout plan and diet. Any help at all is appreciated! (link)
The best way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exercise.
Try eating three healthy and balanced meals a day and if you feel hungry between meals snack on fruit or nuts/seeds. Ensure you include lots of fibre to help with better digestion and avoid too many carbs, they will leave you feeling sluggish. Reward your self sometimes, have a few cheeky jaffa cakes or a few squares of chocolate so you don't feel deprived. Drink plenty of water and avoid caffeine and fizzy drinks as they will leave you feeling bloated. Hot water and a slice of lemon is a good detox for your body and will make you feel a lot healthier and 'restored'.
Eating healthy, smaller portions isn't enough to help you loose weight and tone up it must be accompanied by exercise. Try jogging, cycling, speed walking and swimming for at least 30 minutes, it takes about 20 minutes into your workout for you to start burning off your fat stores and you will continue to keep burning fat and calories hours after you stop exercising.
If its your love handles you are targeting sit ups work a treat! suck in and tense your tummy muscles whilst doing the sit ups. Try 10 sets of 5 reps having a 20 second break in-between and then increase the sets as you can handle more. Also try twisting your shoulders slightly when doing sit ups so your left shoulder would be going towards your right knee then going back down then doing right shoulder towards your left knee and repeat. Another good one is laying on your side straightened legs and raise your leg up as far as possible keeping it straight doing as many as possible then lay on your other side and repeat.

I have made up my mind to commit suicide so please dont talk me out of it. If you knew what im going through you'd have mercy on me and shoot me yourself. I solemnly request you to tell me the easiest way to end my existence. I want to over dose. But the problem is that i DONT WANT MY SUICIDE ATTEMPT TO FAIL so please tell me an exact amount of valium pills that I should take ( Im 18 years old) that would ensure that my suicide attempt doesnt fail. My dad beats me. And grounds me. So I cant leave the house and occupy myself in other activities. If I could I would never have contemplated suicide but trust me when I say this that suicide is the only way out from this relentless torture. Please tell me a way that would ensure that my attempt doesnt fail because if it does I'd be doomed for life. I'll wait for your reply. (link)
Suicide is not the answer, that is your dad winning. You are 18 you have a long good life ahead of you to fulfill your ambitions. Why should you dad that does such a terrible thing to you, stop you from living your life happily?
There's always people to help you, think of the amazing feeling your feel when you are free from the abuse and you can start living your life.
you shouldn't have to suffer and have to resort to suicide. Its not your fault and you deserve better, happiness and safety.
What he does is wrong, take a stand and call the police and report him. Show others in your situation to be strong and stop the abuse you and others receive.

I have had a problem for 8 years now with self harm. It started out with a small case of bullemia...when i had to get 2 teethe pulled from the issue, i began anorexia. I would starve and pass out. When I turned 15 i began cutting myself. I have slowed the cutting down to once a week...but am replacing it with other problems. (picking at myself, damaging my personal belongings, socially withdrawing myself,etc.) but of all these years the 7 other people in my family have not noticed. i do not want to tell them cause they are all jerks, and i have no friends or anyone else in my life i can talk too. I ust turned 18 and chest pain, crying, sadness, emotional distress, self harm. It just needs to go away. what can i do its hopless. (link)
I sympathise with your situation seems like you have been threw a lot. I'm a 17 year old girl that suffers from bipolar and I understand what its like to feel hopeless. Have you ever been to your doctor about your sadness and self harm? If not I strongly recommend you do, they can help a lot. They can give you medication to help you, refer you to people to talk to and to help express your feelings of sadness in a non distructive way. From experience I find when I want to self harm I squeeze ice cubes untill they melt or I listen to really loud music and draw to take my mind off it. Please get help, life can be better.
