I've just gone to the 8th grade and I really want to improve my grades in school. My grades for the last 2 years were very bad. Please give me some tips on how I can get better grades and organize my workload properly (my teachers are very strict and give alot of homework and check our copies every week).

Well,
1- you must have the motivation to get better grades.
2- organize your work properly, finish the homework that has to be given in from earliest to latest. If 1 work is too hard, try to finish the easiest ones first so that you don't have to be too stressed about your other homework's, and you'll concentrate better
3- when studying don't just memorize/try to memorize your notes word by word.(I'm telling you wont remember anything the next day, unless u got real good memory.) you have to really understand what you're studying. Try to picture the explanations or rewrite them done a few times, or try singing it, or give it actions or signs in your head. It'll be way easier to remember.
4- this'll probably sound weird, but don't rely too much on people when about homework, you'll get more and more irresponsible. Unless its teamwork!
5- this ones really important, always work your best! For a teacher, seeing that you're working the best makes them feel like their student is actually learning something in their classes, but don't only work hard for them, do it for your sake.
6- always listen in class, I know, sometimes the teacher gets SO boring, but you have to do your best to listen, if its a subject you're really good in, its ok to space out a bit, but never let your guard down! If you feel like you got to listen, then do it!
7- never let anyone disturb you in your studies/work. If u have little sibling that just never leave you, wait until they go to sleep or go to a library or you can even do it during super time, if your parents are ok with that.
Well, that's probably as much as I can think of right now. Remember don't ever let anyone bring you down, whenever they do, just show them how strong you are to get back up!
Wish you a successful 8th grade!!!😉
