so i asked the question about outback that you answered. so how does food work? do you have to pay to eat or can you just eat whatever when you want to? and how much is it hourly? where im at now its $2.20 + tips so i'll assume its around that much? thanks so much! (link)

well i got paid about 2.50 plus tips, so yeah its around that price. and where i was at we ate the bread all the time, its soo good. but im pretty sure you get free food, but im not 100% positive because different places have different rules. i think you can only eat on lunch break. hope i cleared things up a little !

has anyone here worked at Outback as a server? or had a friend or family member that has? im thinking about applying there and i'd just like to hear about what its like from someone who's worked there. i know i could ask the managers or whatever if i get interviewed but i mean they'd probably sugar coat and i feel like i'd just get a more honest answer from someone who actually serves or has. i have almost 2 years waitressing experience so im not really worried about that. im just possibly gonna be looking for a new job because where im at now i only get like two nights a week, maybe three and nights are always slow. they get all their good business at lunchtime when im in school so theres not many busy nights. so im workin only 10-12 hours a week and tips just dont cut it on slow nights and i need a bigger cash flow. i'd just like to know stuff like how the environment is, if they pool tips, if it's good money [and i just turned 18 so i would be able to serve alcohol], if there's any crazy policies or anything like that. just anything you could tell me would be great. thanks! There is always a large dinner rush at Outback.
Mostly on fridays & weekends. They do pay good, I didn't work there for too long but for the time I was there I did enjoy it more then the Coney Island I previously worked at. Also, they serve a really good bread (that comes automatically for customers) and that is what we ate, but it is so good. You obviously get other food but the bread is to DIE for (:
The tips are pretty good. Of course there are those Assholes that don't leave any tip & are rude & such but it's a good place to work.

there are girls in my school who pretend to be depressed/cut/have eating disorders. it drives me crazy! But i don't want to just assume that it is simply attention seeking. what do you think are signs of attention seeking? (link)

You can tell who is an attention whore if they brag about these things.
If someone physically shows you their cuts thats more of an attention seeker because they want other people to sympathize and such.
Same with the eating disorder people. They want people to feel bad for them so they will make sure everybody knows about it.
However those that are depressed is a little more hard to tell. But you can tell when they start telling random people, people they barely know, their life stories & how their lives suck.

well i started my period about 3 months ago, the only problem is i only had one period. so im 3 months in and ive missed 2 periods. I still get discharge and all that and it doesnt smell. is this bad??

Thats not bad at all.
My first year of having my period I only got it about three times. It is going to take a while for it to be regular but it's not bad, at all. It actually happens to most girls.

Just tell her straight up.
Be polite but don't beat around the bush.
Tell her that it's your life and some things should be kept private. But keep in mind, she is your mom and only wants what is best for you.

You could do love, hate, or happiness. You could probably write a ton on love, mainly because everyone has a different prospective of it.

My mom does stuff just to irritate me im 18/m and in January I leave for the army for four years. So now im just tryna have fun while im STILL A TEENAGER but it seems like she just doesn't want me too.nd im tryna hav fun b/c from 13 to 17 I was n foster care so I realy cudnt do anything. she just recently took my car away for the dumest reason ever I was at a party nd didn't get bc till 6am, big deal who cares? I've told her that I jus wanna have fun before I leave b/c I won't ever be 18 again. But all she wants me to do is spend time wit her nd I dnt want to because all we do is argue cuz she criticizes me bout everything. She thinks I need to depend on her for everything that's why I can't wait to lev. Oh yea we jus moved to a new city away from all my friends wich I think she did on purpose.

I think you should spend some time with your mom. She is probably worried, since you are going to the army for four years, that something might happen to you. Maybe you should depend on her for somethings, even if you don't really need her help pretend like you do. It will make her feel wanted and she'll probably get off your back.
So I would say spend some time with her, she is your mother, she only wants whats best for you.

I'm going to a hookah bar for the first time in a week or so, some of my friends have already been, but I don't want to ask them :P
So yeah, when you go to a bar, they usually set the thing up for you, right?

And also, when you have the pipe, it's like normal smoking, you suck the smoke in, and then blow it out?

I think its different for different places.
At the hookah bar by me they make you pay an entrance fee and pay for the hookah. But my sister worked at a place and they only made you pay for the hookah. And then there are places that only charge you if your in a group. So it really depends on where you are going.
& yeah, the hookah place sets it all up for you.

Ok so my BEST!! guy friend and I might end up dateing. We have liked each other on and off for 3 years. Resentaly we have let our friendship turn into somenthing else and we started makeing out and hugging all the time. He has even giving me his hoodie when it was freezing cold out. We have become VERY! pertective of each other and wont let anyone near the other while we are around. I have more then deffantly fallen for him but should I risk our friendship? We have known each other for 3 and a half years and we have liked each other since day one. But he has also been my best friend since day one. I am confused on the fact of if I should date him and risk our friendship or say no and risk a wonderful thing. (link)
