i think frequently of commiting suicide and have looked up how to but never actually done it-obviously im typing. i know i need help but i dont know who to tell. my parents wont help, they will think im being dramatic. who should i ask for help from?

go to see your guidance counselor she may be able to help you or atleast talk to you.

Does everyone with type 1 diabetes lose weight? What I mean is before they're diagnosed. Or does anyone with type 1 diabetes gain weight?

dear type 1 diabetes
the symptoms of type 1 diabetes are
increased production of urine (because the body tries to get rid of the excess glucose in the urine, diluting it with water),
excessive thirst,
fatigue (because the glucose is not being converted into energy),
LOSS OF WEIGHT,
increased appetite,
feeling sick,
blurred vision,
infections such as thrush or irritation of the genitals.
If type 1 diabetes is not treated at this stage, the body begins to produce chemicals called ketones that build up in the blood. This condition ? diabetic ketoacidosis ? causes additional symptoms:
vomiting,
stomach pain,
rapid breathing,
increased pulse rate,
sleepiness.

my friend is really nice to me sometimes but sometimes she can be really mean. i dont know if i should not be her friend or just ignore it.

dear im stuck,
you should just hang with her when shes being nice and when shes being mean just go hang out with some other friends.
if she continues doing this then you know she isnt the right friend.
You can also try confronting her.

I woke up with stomach pains yesterday, and when I went to the doctor, he told me we'd have to wait a day and that if it persisted, he would check for appendicitis. It still hurts today, but not as much. I told my mom I'd rather kill myself than have someone carve into me with a knife, and I meant it. I saw how they performed an appendectomy on Lost, and I know it's not gonna feel good but, I don't wanna go through that! I asked my friend, who had it done, and ALL she told me was : "all I know is I was crying like a bitch!", and then she laughed, which wasn't much help. Do you feel them digging in to you, or do you only feel it after the operation? Does it really hurt that much? What the heck do we have that crap in our body for in the first place?! Thanks in advance guys.

dear appendix..ouch
when i was little i used to be terrified i would get appendix. It helps to read about it on the internet. No you do not feel anything you will be asleep and you wont feel anything. You may have a scar afterwards and it might be a little sore in that spot. And just so you know if it doesn't hurt like hell you do not have it because my friend had it when i was at her house a few years back and she couldn't stand up because it was hurting so much.
