I'm 16 from Wisconsin, homeschooled.

My Mom is driving me insane, I love her but her strictness and constant yelling/ accusing is driving me nuts and I don't know how much more I can take before I blow up at her.

Anyway, I'm sixteen but I'm in 12th grade(did two grades in one year due to homeschooling) and I've heard that once you graduate you are considered an adult if you're seventeen, which I will be once I Graduate, but other people say you have to be 18.

I just want to know if I can move out then or if I have to wait until I'm eighteen.

Please let me know if you can, she's making me go to a tech college that I'm not sure I want to, accusing me of drugs and is super strict about everything and just knowing I have the option to leave in 9 months instead of a year and a half would be a huge relief.

Unless you go to college at 17 then you are not a legal adult until 18.

Hey so my girlfriend and I are both in a long distance relationship for two months now, we're 14. The problem is, she'll sometimes have bad mood swings and get really mad at people for no reason. She's sick right now too, so that's not helping much. I was just wondering is there anything I can say to help her? I love her and I don't want anything to happen to her because of these mood swings

thanks (link)
Especially at the wonderful age of 14 girls tend to get really ornery and ticked off over nothing. So it's probably nothing. Unless, she's talking about wanting to end her life or hurt herself in any way. Then, you need to be concerned. Another thing you can do would be make her feel more loved. Tell her that you miss her and that your making an effort to come and see her. Her spirit might lift up hearing you say these things to her.

Helping a friend wh needed a place to live 'temporarily'. She's started sleeping on my couch and her belongings, which mostly look like trash is taking over my living room. It's just passed a year since she moved in, renting a room from my husband and me. My 2 boys can't stand her. How can i ask her to leave without sounding mean...what do I say? Do I need to put it in writing? (link)
If she is your friend then she should understand. Tell her, that it has been long enough and that your worried about her. Tell her that she needs to find her own place so that she can get further in her own life. Try to sound more understanding then mean or aggressive, chances are she'll listen more if she feels like your not using attitude with her. Good luck!

I'm in 7th grade they always call me and my friends "stupid emo fags" and make cutting gestures whenever we walk by them. There was this one prep with some friends (well she's not a prep in the sense she's unpopular but dresses like a prep) and said, "does it hurt?" I thought she meant I was wearing bracelets high up my arm, but I realised since a bunch of kids were laughing she meant cutting. And when I was walking with a male friend and someone asked if he was homosexual and I said,"just because he wears make up doesn't mean he's homosexual -_-" and then they started making random comments about our "fag music", laughed about what we were wearing and walked away. These people are the same people who changed their profile pics to rainbows and wrote about how happy they were #lovewon when gay marriage was legalized. What. Anyway it's like preps favorite passtime to bully people. Not just us "raging homosexual emo faggot cutters" (I've literally heard that from someone) nerds, goths, etc etc...it's so annoying. Why do they do it and what do I do about it? (link)
Okay so, you have to know that those kind of people really don't matter. After middle/high school they won't even be anyone. Usually those idiots are the ones who actually feel bad about themselves and they don't think that they have any other release. I would know, trust me, I am most definitely not the most popular person ever. I think that you need to stand up for your self. Tell them off. You don't deserve being called a "fag" every damn day of your life. After you tell them off, make sure that you never talk to them douches ever again.

When I was little my aunt always gave me bracelets or some type of jewelry. I would always loose it though. Well for my 14th birthday she got me a necklace and it was super cute! And she told me to wear it everyday. But I play field hockey and we aren't allowed to wear jewlery so I took it off but now I can't find it and I'm pretty sure I've looked everywhere. And she hasn't had a chance to see it on me when I had it so whenever she sees me she'll ask where it is and I tell her it's at home (which I think it is I just don't know where). But anyways I don't know what to tell her. What should I do? (Btw I think it was a little pricey because she said it was real silver) (link)
Trust me, the best possible thing to do would be to just tell her the truth. Just tell her that you lost it and your pretty sure that It's somewhere at home. Remember, that she is your aunt, she might be a little disappointed, but she'll get over it, If your completely honest with her. Good luck!
