Okay. here it is. I was raped a few days ago. By my neighbor. He lives like three houses down. We went to a house that my brother broke into, so they could have a cigarette break before going to the gym. Well they brough some alcohol and we started drinking shots of all kinds of stuff. I done atleast a whole bottle of GIN! I was drunk of my ass. We played some games. I wasnt all together. My neighbor who is 16 and is my NJROTC Commanding officer, locked me in a room when i was drunk and raped and he had a condom. (how and why did he have a condom i have no idea) I remember him shovin his dick down my throat when i was on the ground and chocking me. The picked me raped my ass and the detective said i passed out and he raped me in my vaginal area. I was so sad. I went depressed after a while. Almost scuicide but i told my parents. The cops and detective wanted to arrest him. They had SOOOO much evidence its not funny. But the detective went to the state and the state said i wasnt drunk enough and dropped the case. Can you please explain to my why would they do that to me? and isnt that wrong? Now im locked in my house and cant go to school. What should i do?

im really sorry for all that has happened to u i dont kno wut i would have done, anywayz u should stand up for urself go to the police and tell them even if u werent drunk it would still be considered rape and that u think and kno that guy should be arrested!

well not exactly u shouldnt break any promise u make even if ur friend does because it could fire back at u and ur friend would go crazy but if u talk to ur friend and ask them about ushould find out wut she or he means and then u might find out if u make any other promises will they break them

Hi you guys... i don't really know where to start. i'm head over heels for one of my best friends (my best guy friend). and i don't know what to do. sometimes, when we're talking and it's late at night, i come so close to telling him, just because i'd like to know if i have a chance. but then part of me is afraid. he has a girlfriend at the moment, and i don't want to ruin anything between them. i found out a few days ago that he used to think we had the potential to be soulmates, that's definitely how i feel. and have felt. i just don't know if he still feels like that and i'm really afraid to ask. so, all wise advice givers, what do i do? I'm 13 years old and a girl, and I'm about 4'1'', and i think 77 lbs. is this average or what? And also, is there anything I can do to help myself grow faster? or 'mature'? I'm not very large chested; I'm about a 32AA, and fairly skinny.

my friend is doin some stupid stuff, and i want him to stop. he's always takin crazy chances, like jumpin off roofs into pools and stuff. and then the other day he was burnin himself with a lighter. and on more than one occasion he talks about he wishes he had a knife with him so he could slice his wrists. when i ask him why he does this stuff he answers "no one cares about me, so why should i stop?" how do i tell him that everytime he does something, it kills a part of me. i dont wanna seem mushy or anything, but i cant stand to see him doin this crap. please help me im freakin out, im so afraid for him.
ps-and dont tell me to get an adult to talk to him, cuz if i tell on him, he'd neva speak to me again.
