Since your gf seems to be tiny what I would reccomend to help you insert your penis is to go to a sex shop and purchase toys for her. I would start small and then increase in size as you go. You could even take her with you and get her to go along with it and try something new. You could also try fingering her and just keep increasing the amount of fingers you use. I hope this helped.
