I had the same thing with one testicle being higher than the other, but it went away as I got older. But the pain thing sounds strange to me. Tell him to take a bath and check his testicles for lumps while he's in it. And you can help too. Gently hold on to his testicles and tell him to cough. If they don't move any then he should do what the previous person who answered said and see a specialist.

Don't you need to be at least 16 to work? If not, get a Curriculum Vitae (Resume) and hand it in. Don't expect them to contact you right away, you need to keep going back and asking about your application. Or just walk in and ask to speak to a manager and he'll give you an application form. As for salary, I can't help you. I'm in the marine industry so I get a basic monthly salary, commission and bonuses, so yeah. I don't know what food industry pay structure is like.

You could have some hidden feelings towards women. You're straight, but maybe, just MAYBE you have a side to you that likes women too! It's not a bad thing. There's no need to talk to your friend about it unless you want her to do it again or never do it again. It's natural for women to like oral sex. JUNGLE JUICE! I don't know if you've heard of it, but it's a REALLY potent cocktail, most commonly mixed in a big barrel =) Make a barrel of that and everyone at the party will be HYPER, and it will be a good laugh.
And as for the memorable birthday present. Why not try getting him some memorabilia from his favourite sport. Like a football throwback with his name on the back. Or a baseball with a sweet note on it that he will treasure forever, or if he's that way inclined, a personalized golf ball =)
