i get these really bad tension headaches almost every day. they just come on at any time of the day and they're mostly always in my temples or the back of my head. my jaw gets really stiff and clenched up. sometimes they get so bad i have to vomit (which always makes the headache almost immediately go away). are there any sort of special muscle relaxant medications i should take? any relaxation excercises i could do? please help. these headaches interfere with my everyday life. i can hardly function when i have them. Well i'm not a doctor so i'm not sure but it doesn't sound like a normal headache. I would go to a doctor very very soon!!!

Hey! Well my parents are out for the day and there is absolutely NOTHING to eat. Were going on vacation tomorrow so thats why. We cleaned out our fridge. So theres nothing for lunch ! im 13 and I think I could get a pizza, but I dont know how. =/ So, can someone please answer my q's.? Thanks a ton.
- How much will it cost?
- Do I have to tip the deliverer? If so, how much?
- Can I just hand them cash ?
- How long will it take to get the pizza here?
- I have 25 dollars, is that enough for a small pizza do you think?

Ok your 13 you should know how to order a pizza so i'm going to help! ordering a pizza is the best skill you can have
*the cost depends on where you order from and how big a pizza you get and the delivery it will not be over $20
*Yes you tip the deliver person i'd give them between $5-$7
*Yes, the person will tell you how much and you pay them the exact amount
*they will tell you how long it takes to deliver the pizza and if not no more then 45 mins.
*$25 will be enough for a small pizza

er... well. here goes.
theres a guy I like. He goes to my school. Is in my grade, two of my classes, ect. ect.
I talk to him on AIM, we kinda talk at school, and best of all, he doesn't think I'm fat. (long story. Let's just say I wasn't eating anything and my friends are odd)
But, he knows I like him, and doesn't like me back. He's told me multiple times. (again, my friends are odd) But lately, he's been acting like I'm okay. Usually he acts like he hates me. He even IMed me first on AIM (I know its odd, but hey, I guess I blend in with my friends) which is like, a first. Ever. We've been able to talk more, and we're getting along pretty well.
The bad side is, well, I've liked him for so long, now that he's finally maybe liking me, I don't feel exactly the same. I'm in this odd stage where, I do and don't like him. I mean, he's hurt me so much, but I feel like I love him. I can't control my feelings.
So what I want to know is:
Do you think he likes me?
What should I do if he asks me out?
and
Should I take action?(ME asking him out)
I have NO idea what to do.

Sorry to say but this guy said he doesn't like you so i don't think he likes you, but i really think that he likes you as a friend because he talks to you. I went through something like this not too long ago so i know if they say they don't like you they don't but they will still be your friend. If he does ask you out ( i could really be wrong)you need to think if you feel the same, since he did hurt you once how do you know he won't hurt you again when someone else comes along. If it was me i'd find someone else that likes me better and won't hurt me

I've been saving up to get an iPod. My mom says that if I can get $100 She'll buy me a 60GB iPod.
But I also kinda want a cell phone.
I know that the cell phone will in time cost more, but I'm not sure which one I want more. I really want an iPod, and I have the possibility, because I have $71 out of $100 for it.
But I really want a cell phone too.
I'm so...stuck.

Well you want both so..... finish getting your $100 and buy the i-pod. Now all you would have left is a cell phone, they are expensive and can cost about $50 a month. I just got one because i talked with my parents about it and how useful it is in a case of an emergency. My parents agreed but it did take some time and some talking. My parents also trust me so they knew that i would not miss use it and go over my minutes. If your parents are like that try it and if not just be happy you can get an i-pod!
