My names not important, but i've been cutting myself alot lately. It's really hard to stop. It just seem's liek its there for me when I'm down or depressed. I really need help but I don't want to tell my family. My familys falling apart already as it is and I don't want to add stress to anyone. It's just hard to stop. It just feels like something to bounce back on. Anybody have advice on what I could do to stop cutting myself.. maybe something else to do instead of that.. I dont know. Thanks alot. (F/14)

okay..i kno this sounds kinda weird..but like find a rubber band and put it on your wrist..and when you feel the need in cutting your self..juss snap the rubber band..it helps trust me=)

arite..im 11 and ive frenched kissed many of times..this is something that you dont need to worry bout..its juss like makin out except wtih tongue..it aint that hard..n juss because all of your friends have done it..dont mean you need to..its not all that important..but heres some advise..to start out..first you juss gotta kiss or make out..n usually the guy will put his tongue in your mouth..so you dont need to worry bout it..lol..well i hope i helped ya!

wow..i think that hes just using you..i think its time that you need to get over him..and find someone that will love you no matter how you act..or do things that you wana do..and will understand that your not ready to be in love yet..becuz you have no idea what love is yet!

ok i have known this girl for about 10 years and lately she been rapidly loosing weight and not eating anything whenever she does she runs to the bathroom, and one time i followed her into the bathroom and i heard her throwing up when i confronted ehr about it she just denied it and said it wasnt her throwing up but i followed her in there and i know it was her she was the only one in there besides me and im really scared for her i dont want her to die from this and i love her and she means the world to me how could i possibly get her to realizxze that she needs sum help? okay..i had the same problem..only i was the one with the eating disorder..friends tried to help..but i only denied it..i didnt like how my body looked..i hated it..but now, i regret that all..just becuz of how your body looks doesnt mean you need to hurt your body..im thinking you should tell someone older..or at least sit down and talk to her..tell her that you care..and so does alot of other people..and she doesnt need to do that, i hope this helps=)

arite..maybe you should wait a while too actually start having a relationship with him w/ out loosin your best frend..the same thing happened to mee..and i waited like a month..i mean if your frens arite with you goin out with him..then go for it..but my advice..its just to wait a lil bit till you kno your frends arite with it..i hope this helps=)

arite..im thinken that you should try and find someoen that treats you right..now the one that you want too..i know you like him n everything but theres other guys out there..and if doesnt like you for who you are..then he doesnt deserve you at all..you'll find the right one=)
