Does anyone else ever get an itchy spot on their hand that, even when you scratch, doesn't go away?

What "Here to help" said makes a lot of sense. I googled "itchy hand", because I've been having the same problem, and found this site. The allergy thing makes sense. I found through trial and error that peanuts for example give me terrible acne (years of acne final faded when I tried stopping peanuts - unfortunately the scars will never fade), and chocolate gives me canker sores (I actually wrote a number 1 article on this one: http://www.helium.com/items/182490-explaining-canker-sores ).
So I will try lotion and watching what I eat.
