My periods are very irregular, even though i've had them for almost 4 years now, my hair is falling out, im always tired, i get contipated and my nails are really weak. Does anyone what these symptoms could mean? my mum has a thyroid robleem and thinks i could have it also, i want to go to the docters but im terrified of needles, and they'll want a blood sample.

are you anorexic? because my friend is and she is like that...so if you are you should eat. and about being afraid of needles..when you go to the doctor just let them do it to you, wow because i swear it isnt bad at allllll.
I'm going on holiday with my friend in the summer and I am a very picky eater!!! I have given her a basic list of what I really don't like and like, totally won't eat, but Iunno, there's obviously going to be other stuff they feed me that I don't like. So I'm gonna take a bit of food in my suitcase just in case. I've already thought of cereal bars and crisps but is there anything else I could take? Ignore the fact that I'm a picky eater, just say anything you can think of. If it's a good idea but I don't like the food then I'll still rate high because you tried.

I've always felt that there was no need to be in a relationship at my age(14) but i was just asked out and i think i have fallen in love. but my mother tells me there is no way you can fall in love so young. do you think its possible to fall in love at such a young age? if you dont think so what do you think i should do, i dont want to dump him or anything, but i dont want to waste my time and energy

wow...i mean it is possible to be inlove at a young age, but i dont think your inlove...maybe your just in lust, or maybe your just really excited someone asked you out. and you dont have to dump him just because your not in love with him, i have had so many boyfriends and yeah alot havent gone anywhere and i wasnt in love with any of them but it wasnt a waste, it was fun, even if there was no point. theres not a point in alot of things..
