Here I have a problem. If I do what my dad said to do when I was crying which was to go to the garage. But if I do clean my room up I'll get into trouble because I am still crying. I can't ignore and I can't do. My mom gave me advice just that morning about a situation like this where if I listen to one the other one will be angry. If I listen to the other the other one will be angry. I took my mom's advice and it just got me into big trouble. (link)

I tend to be in situations similar to this a lot with my parents. What i normally do, is when the first parent tells me to go something, i do it. Then, if another parent tells me to do something different while im still doing task #1, ill try to calmly explain that parent #1 told me to do this, and if they both get mad anyways, i will sit down and explain to them (at the same time) that they are telling me to do two different things, and im confused and dont know what to do. I would suggest trying this with your parents, and i really hope that it all works out! :)

Well, im no expert, but it soumds like you might be depressed. Maybe you should try talking to your parents or maybe even a therapist if you think its nessasary. Hope you get out of this funk :)

ok so im 16 and statrted cutting at 12 years old and now that im in highschool its worse and ive paused- but i want to stop. can you give me tips? yes i have a therpist. (link)

Well, im not exactly an expert or anything, but if you're cutting yourself b/c you're not happy or something similar, then maybe try making a list of everything good thats happened to you at the end of every day. Even put little things on there like "we had pizza for dinner" or "my favorite song came on the radio" but also the really good things like "i got an A on my science test" or "i think my crush likes me" etc. Also, maybe try rewardimg yourself at the end of the week for not cutting yourself all week with something like a small shopping spree or just something that. I hope i helped and i really hope you find a way to stop!! :)
