I have been having these weird symptoms for a LONG time now, like 5 or 6 months:
dizziness, extreme fatigue, headaches, shaking hands, numbness, and weird stuff like that.
anyways, the doctors thought it might be anxiety but i was quick to disagree because i wasn't feeling anxious.
Well lately i have been like obsessing over small stuff and my heart has been having irregular beats.
I was reading the symptoms of anxiety online and i'm pretty sure that could describe the reason for all of my symptoms.
I'm scared to tell my mom though. I don't know how to bring it up and i'm nervous about letting her down or something.
help! (link)

i have had severe anxietyfor as long as i can remember. i confronted my parents about it cos i started going into panic attacks. you should tell your mom before it can get worse, it wont necesarily get worse, but there is always that risk. just sit her down and ask her, shes your mother. shell be happy that you told her rather than waiting until it escalated.

I am 14, I want to go to another school.
I've been at my school for all my life, and it is HORRIBLE.
We have barely any sports, no foriegn languages, and rude teachers.
(not to mention the students are horribly mean and cruel)
-true story: A kid who broke his leg, was walking down the hallway, and the other kids started kicking his leg. Then, the other children didnt do a thing about it!-
Anyway, back to the subject.
I REALLY want to change schools, along with a friend of mine, however, the school will not release us. It wont. They said: "You need to try the new program and 3 course schedule."
Which, for 1 is going to mess us up.
And besides that, i DONT want to go to the school. My PARENTS DONT want me going there either...and we've got everything, but the *darn, NOT THE WORD I WANTED TO USE* school wont let me go.
They dont even have a good reason.
That, or they wont tell me.
I WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER SCHOOL.
I have permission from parents, so why wont they let me?! I AM SERIOUS. I WANT TO LEAVE.
I've found another school, I've set things up with them.
Now the school is feeding me lies.
This is bull. (link)

your parents are gonna have to fight hard to get a transfer. go to the district school board and ask if you havenmt already. if worst comes to worst my friend got a transfer by having a therapist note as well as a parent note explaining why she needed the transfer. you could always try something like that.

I am a Wiccan, and I believe (just not completely). I have I Wiccan spell book, and it says I need to completely believe in it, before it will work. I was taught not to believe in magic, but I have started to believe (but not enough to get the spells to work). Can anyone help me believe completely? (link)

i believe that no one can make you believe in anything. but you can help yourself through meditation, trying different paths of wicca. an interesting book is Nocturnal Witchcraft written by Konstantinos. i too am wiccan, and that book did alot for me. maybe it can do the same for you.

i think frequently of commiting suicide and have looked up how to but never actually done it-obviously im typing. i know i need help but i dont know who to tell. my parents wont help, they will think im being dramatic. who should i ask for help from? (link)

if you sit your parents down and tell them these thoughts they will not think youre being over dramatic. if youre mid fight and screma it at them they will. but if you still feel uncomfortable telling them, tell a school psychologist or guidance counselor and ask them if they could call in your parents for a meeting to talk about it with you. althoguh you shouldnt put something like this off if youre really thinking about it often.

Hi. I am a sixteen year old female from the midwest area of the U.S.A. For about a year now, I have liked this guy that is the same age as me. He knows that I like him, and he has told me that he likes me the same way quite a while ago. At his birthday after everyone had left except for me and another friend of ours, we were watching a movie, and by the end of it we were sitting next to each other and holding hands, though we are not dating.
Just today, he told me that he wanted to talk about where our relationship is going and that he is not ready for anything else yet and just wants to be friends. I was happy, though bummed, and I wasn't sure about dating either. I was very happy that he was mature about the situation. About two years ago, I had dated and made a " mistake" with my partner at the time, and ever since I have not dated, so I have felt the same way too. Now, I am afraid that he said those words because his feelings have changed. If they have, I will learn to deal with it and move on, but I really want to know because I have very strong feelings for him. Should I ask him, and if so, how?
Thank you for your help. (link)

honestly, the best way is to straight up ask him. considering any other way would be difficult or full of information that may not be completely reliable.
