peeps, you cant tell everyone tampons are evil or never to use them because its a different story for everyone. Just because you cant use them, dont discourage others. i listened to you and never tried tampons, one day i had a swimming party and had to use one, I will NEVER go back to pads again!!!! tampons are soooo much better and you only get shock syndrome if a tampon is left in for over 2 days its very serious, but it takes a LONG time to happen. Dont discourage anyone from using them. I did experience pain at first and if you have pain while taking it out, try leaving it in longer thats what i found works for me!
