Its not a bad thing but if you guys ever had children since you are related it would cause the children to have birth defects which would not be good. Try finding someone who isn't related to you or keep your relationship with your cousin PG.

Just have your lips loose not too stiff when it happens you will sorta figure out what to do it come naturally. Close your eyes and just relax it will be fine :).
