I'm going to audition for Americas next top model in two years. What things can I do to prepare myself for modeling and the challenges? (link)
I'm going to go with what ViciousxPunk said with the whole look at fashion magazines, how to put on make up (super fast)runway walks, etc. But one of the most important things is to put your personality and style in your work. I would also practice your efficient speech giving voice. I would also get into shape to be fit for everything your about to experience. If you have any fear of heights or anything I would try to overcome it because you never know what kind of photo shoots you'll have to do. Being a big *social butterfly* might help for people to pick you for the rewards if they win a challenge. Don't be the rude person everyone hates, but don't be the little angel sent from heaven.


i know its disgusting hahaha but how do you keep your feet from smelling =S like i use flats a lot now and thats what i get as a result hahah wehn i used to use more flip flops and sneakes this didnt happen how can you avoid it ? (link)
There are these gel insoles that have a sweet smelling air freshener type thing built in them. Try wearing those pantyhose socks too. Or you can get these balls you put in the shoe to keep them from smelling. Good luck


I have a very slim phsyique. Like my body is very slender and long. The only issue is the waist area below and around my belly button. It's like this these two bumps of fat on either side of my navel. It's weird since the rest of me is slim. I don't have any other places on my body that are fatty like my tummy. Imagine this: Skinny rib area. Skinny waist area. Then *bowm*. Fat. It really is queer looking. So I need some exercises to target this tummy area. My natural waist is fine; I just need target exercises for the low-riding jeans waist area. Thanks, LOL. (link)
Have you ever seen those plastic medicine balls? Try sitting on the very edge of one and doing crunches each day. It should target your "fat zone". Hope it helps!


I really really like this boy that I work with. He always makes me laugh and always listens to my problems. Yesterday, at work, my friend that talks to him all the time told me that he said he liked me.. and I told her to tell him right away that I liked him too. After she told him, she told me that he said he already knew I liked him. But he hasn't asked me out or anything.. but I think he's going to. There's also this other guy I like that is so nice and he's always there to help with my problems too and my friend was gonna ask him if he liked me but I told her I wasn't sure yet cause I like that other boy. Should I wait for him to ask me out or date the other on [if he likes me]..? Please help!

Soo, im 14/f, and ive been a cheerleader my whole life...when i say my whole life, i mean basically forever. im getting ready to go into my freshman year in highschool, and i really want to cheer. it just so happens that the squad for that highschool needs two more members from the 8th grade at my school for a competition. my best friend is trying out and really wants me to do it, but the problem is that the cheerleaders for that highschool have a really, really bad reputation. if i try out tomorrow, its just for that one competition spot, and it doesnt do anything towards trying out for the actual squad next year,, im also getting ready to do volleyball and cheer for my school at the same time, so i wont have a social life at all to spend with my highschool boyfriend..i dont get to see him enough as it is. so sorry for the length and detail,, but im in desperate need of help. You have decide between trying out or your boyfriend. If you really love cheering and want to try out, then do it, but only if you want to. If you think your boyfriend is more important than a bad rep cheer squad competition, then I suggest not trying out. I'd take some alone time with no disturbances to think long and hard about what you want to do. Hope you find the right path!


ok so i have curly hair (it's like mini driver sort of... a bit less defined though) anyway so its short and i really really really want an afro! i want my hair to look like erica badu (on a good day :p) i use to be able to have it that way but mine kinda falls down.... i can't explain it but it creats this part in the middle of my head like it grows through there... i hateeeee it... how do i make my hair stand like hers?? OO Afro style...very nice. Have you tried using strong hold hairspray? Just spray it all over your hair after you style it into an afro. Hopefully that will help!


does anyone know any slower songs, like i like songs that are sad and slow
(ex: miserable at best by mayday parade, three cheers for five years by mayday parade, a time for yohe by between the trees .. etc) but i need a new one to listen to, if anyone knows a song like that, please answer (link)
Have you ever heard the song "Golden" by Fall Out Boy? I'm not sure if you like them, but that's one of they're slow songs for the accoustical version. Also "I hate that I love you" by Rihanna and NeYo. I'm not really familiar with slow songs because I'm into punk, rock, death metal, etc. But good luck and I hope I helped!
