i rarely ever get pimples but now i have some spots of some !
i ran out of proactive so now im using the acne free 3 step thing in the morning and at night and at night i am using prescription acne cream on the spots. i have been doing this for about 2 weeks and they wont go away!
any suggestions ? (link)

hi i use clean and clear morning burst when i wake up and the clean and clear deep cleaning astringent at night it really works also rubbing alcohol works great to if you run out of stuff

im 5'3" and i weigh 145 but i have alott of muscle. should i still lose weight though? and how much? (link)

you are definately not over weight! remember muscle weighs more then fat and since you workout by doing sports im guessing you have a lot of muscle your weight is actually pretty good for your body type.

I'm going snowboarding/skiing next weekend for the first time, and i was wondering if anyone had any tips to help me be more prepared. Like, what should i wear? my main concern is pants. I don't really have any that i think would be good for snowboarding. Jeans don't really seem like a good idea. any suggestions? I'd like to avoid buying a lot of stuff, but if its neccessary, thats okay. i'm only going for 2 days, so it shouldn't be too big a deal. I just want to focus more on having fun than freezing to death. thanks! (link)

hi,
i go snowboarding all the time and all you really need is layers. long sleeves first, then a sweat shirt, then a slightly bigger sweatshirt thats heavier, and then your coat. For your pant wear something like long johns, then pajama pants, and if you have to your jeans. but heres a trick i learnes last year while you have all your pants on get a friend to spray them down with hairspray, it keeps the water from soaking in but make sure you do this the night before and the day of the trip, also get waterproof gloves youll need them and put like cloth gloves underneath. and wear lots of socks that are like higher up on your leg like knee highs. and most important make sure you have a snow hat or an ear band cause the snow will sting your ears as you go down the hill. and its highly recommended that you get snowboarding goggles they are a huge help if the resort is making snow or if its really snowing.
i hope this will help i no it seems like a lot but everything is really important i ust told you what i wore but i had to learn the hard way of exactly how much u need and why.

as much as i no you have to hate this exercise is a must (its easier to do with a exercise video or dvd) also to subside your hunger drink a lot of water also vitamins are a good idea

in the morning i use the clean and clear morning burst facial cleanser it is in an orange bottle and after school and before bed i use the clean and clear deep cleansing astringent (which is just like rubbing alcohal) it is in a pink and purple bottle. you can see both of these on the website just go to clean and clear.com and youll see the find products tab at the top then go to what are you looking for and click cleanser/scrub and youll see a line of products the morning burst facial cleanser is the first orange bottle. to find the deep cleaning astringent go to what are you looking for and click toner/astringent and the deep cleaner is the second one. hope these work out for you like they did for me!!

there is this stuff i use that takes acne away and fast its called "clean and clear" you can get it at walmart really cheap. it dries out your pores so the acne goes away if you dont feel like buying anything rubbing alcohal works wonders and you can feel it working

I had a (male) friend over today, and we were watching movies and drinking together. Just innocent fun.
I ended up getting more tipsy than I usually do, and we ended up starting to have sex. I sobered up pretty quickly and made him stop before we actually did, and sent him home.
Here's the thing: I have a boyfriend who I love dearly. We're talking about moving in together when our leases expire, and we've discussed marriage.
He's the one I really want, and I feel sick having cheated on him. I know I could never do it ever again. I hate what I did.
So my question is, what do I do? Do I tell him? Will that hurt him more than if he doesn't know? Should it be on a "don't ask, don't tell" basis?
Keep in mind that my boyfriend is the man I want to be with for the rest of my life, and that this friend was equally as intoxicated as myself.

I know what your talking about although im a lot younger but the same thing happened to my brothers girlfriend you see they also were talking about marriage and stuff when there was this big party. well my brothers girlfriend got drunk and did have sex she didnt no what to do so she asked my mom (they are close)my mom told her to tell chance because two people in love shouldn't keep secrets so she did and it turns out that my brother and his girlfriend are to be married soon.
