Q: hey everyone, i was just wondering if i could possibly get some opinions on something i was looking into doing. What would you think about getting white converse, regular shoe ones without the high top, and get some fabric markers (gold, silver, etc) and to get someone artistic decorate both of the shoes completely in metalic colors, with my name too. ? any ideas, or opinions appreciated

Hiya,
Right firstly, why do you feel like you "have" to have a girlfriend?
Shouldn't it be about when the times comes and when you find someone who you genuinely like, rather than just wanting a girl to have as arm candy?
Just concentrate on who you are, let the girl find you, looking for that special someone never does you favours as it usually just leads people to dissapointment. Concentrate on your personality, your life, your appearance, how you are towards people.
Treat girls with respect, I'm not saying be over the top with the gentlemen ways, but show a girl you don't just want her for sex. Maybe make the effort, if you see someone you like, "go talk to her" or find her email/website or get her number and contact her.
Girls love abit of confidence!
Don't go all out to impress though, be yourself, don't try TOO hard with girls!
And even though you should be nice and friendly towards a girl you have your eye on, also keep it cool and be a little aloof; have your own life.

Q: Whats the difference between wedding bands and engagement rings? Are two really necessary? Do you wear them together, and if so would that not look odd? If you dont, which do you wear, and does that defeat the purpose of having two separate rings? Also, what is an eternity band? Im just so confused!

Well the difference between a engagement ring and a wedding ring is an engagement ring has got diomands or gems set in it, and a wedding band is usually just a plain ring.
Both are necessary as a woman is given her engagement ring when the man proposes then she is given her wedding ring when she gets married.
After your married some people may choose to wear there engagemnet ring and some people choose not to. It depends on the person, there is not a rule that says you always have to wear your engagement ring you can just keep it in a safe place.
If some people choose not to wear their engagement ring it does not defeat the object of having both because she wears them at different points in the relationship.
An eternity ring is what a man gives to his wife on a important anniversary. It is a ring that has gems in it that are the same cut and size and it symbolise everlasting love.
