alright so i have this friend she moved away to another part of the state i call her mir i love that girl to death we were practicly attached to the hip we never left eachothers side we were like sisters. once she moved i felt lost. shes been gone for two months and we talk on the phone every night but tonight was the worst. she was telling me how she felt crazy like losing her mind. she said she felt like she was gonna die in someway like in her sleep or in a car wreck. she even told me that she almost drown her lil brother in the pool and she didnt even remember it.also she told me she finds herself talking to herself and has scary moments like someones watching her...i dont wanna think my best friends crazy i wanna help her but shes so far away and i miss her alot...and she has no one to talk it out with except me
how do i help her?

Well its ovious that you were very very close and this is a very hard time for her , especially as its only been 2 months , it will get better, tell a parent and try and ask her why shes doing this.
Keep in contact , you will completey lose her if you just call , maybe once or twice a year arrange to meet up , if she is very far away you might need to consider making new friends.
If she continues , ask her to ask for help , if missing you is making her going crazy , maybe only call her once a week , calling every day will make the pain worse , this will be difficult , but tomorow , get her on the phone and have a nice long chat.
You just need to reconsider things , i think if it is impossible to see her reguarly , you need to make some new friends and so does your friend , but dont lose contact with her , keep meeting up.
Just tell her its going to be okay , never blank her out completely , but you both need some space .
Try making a big group of friends , instead of joining yourself at the hip with someone cos when they leave , its hurts.

My friend had unprottected sex on day 7 (july21) of her mestral cycle. She asked me to read up on it for her and all I found was that your most likely to get pregnant between days 6-19 (july 19- august1). is this true? if so how likely is she to be pregnant and when should she take a test? (link)

I think she should take the test straight away. the test will tell you if shes pregnant , if she insn't , ok , but she should be more careful , you need to explain the dangers of unprotected sex.
If she is , tell a parent IMMEDIATLY, they will respect you for coming to them.

hi, I've had my belly button pierced for about 2 months and I've changed it once, steralyzing (sp) the jewelery and washing my hands before. the top part of the piercing is a little red around it and kind of sore, could this be an infection? also, I clean it regularly. (link)

If its red its probably sore , so an infection might be the problem , so i would go to the place you got it pierced or a doctor to check it out.
Dont worry , piercing infections are very common.

Hes probably just joking , or he just put im not sure cos as a teenager your totally confused , so you might start fancying a person of the same gender , but just for a period of time , and that doesnt make you gay.

Okay. So, I had sex for the first time tonight. Going into it, since i was a virgin, I knew it was going to hurt. And... it did. It wasn't horrible pain or anything but it was kind of like... the first time being fingered in the sense that I hadn't had that much in me before. It felt slightly good but slightly uncomfortable and a bit painful. It also didn't help that he was going for a longg time. Haha. I want to be able to really enjoy sex. Dont worry , when you first have sex your hymen breaks and its painful , but on the second time , your hymen is broken and your body is used to it.

Could any girl here please help me with some eye linner and eye shadow advice please? I have dark dark brown eyes and my skin is caramel my eye lashes are a good length so for eye linner I use black pencil because I've been told it goes good with my eyes and skin texture but I'm having a lot of trouble with eye shadow =/ I don't know which color to use . . I've been using a gold eye shadow but I'm tired of using the same color eye shadow... anyone know what color I should try? And diffrent ways to apply it? Thanks :] (link)

Because of your skin colour dont go for anything to bold , go for caramels and stuff , peaches would look good , glitters always looks good with dark skin but dont over do it!
Use a good mascara and a dark brown or black eyeliner .
experiment at boots because they always have makeup for you to try on , its all about being yourself.
