What should I do if the kid I'm babysitting has a heart attack and the parents left no phone numbers?? (link)
The first thing you need to do is call 911.

Now, remember that if you decide to learn CPR, (which someone else has suggested) you need to know the different types. CPR on babies and younger children is obviously quite different.

I actually learned this in a babysitting class, and if you are interested, you should sign up for one. They also teach a lot of useful information regarding the emotions of different age levels, games to play with certain children, and other random things! :)

I have been babysitting my sisters baby for about 3 months now, for free. How do I ask my sister to start paying me???

I actually babysat my nephew for three years with out pay. He is four now, and lives in another state, but when they come home I still do it for free.

If you want her to start paying you, just ask her nicely. You can't get something unless you ask. Simply introduce a reasonable pay rate, and don't demand anything. It should work out in your favor.

Good luck.

Ok so,heres the problem at first my brother likes my boyfriend the problem is..?!in School..all my classmates were tellin' rumors about my boyfriend that were together...cuz like we were keepin it on the down low...They found it out!and all our teachers like knew about it,...and my brother told me whatever you guys are doin you gotta stop it now!so he said if i ever go out, I should have a shaperown who he can trust.....And I dont know what to do...? Don't completely disregard your brother's advice. Even if he is basing it all on instincts, there is obviously something he sees that you may be missing.

Yet on the other hand, if you honestly like this guy, don't pass him up!

What you need to do is simply take it slow at first. Make sure you can trust this guy, and that he is worth your time. If you decide he is, then explain to your brother that while you appreciate him looking out for you, that you need to make your own choices with relationships.

Hope it all works out!

In like the last 6 months I have become really really self concious and not confident at all. I used to be much more confident and I could just do stuff in front of people and now I can't go anywhere without another person.

Can anyone help me this is ruining my life. (link)
Let me start of by saying that I know exactly how you feel. A couple years ago, I would say anything in front of strangers, friends or peers. Now, I watch everything I say. I am fighting this too. But I have found, through other people, that I view myself completely differently than others do.

We truly are our own worst critics.

What you need to do is focus on the good things. Everyone has faults. The truth is, we don't go around looking for the bad in other people, but for some reason, we focus on the bad in ourselves. If you are feeling insecure, talk to a friend. They are usually good for ego boosts. ;)

Good luck with your confidence,

im 13 and about 30 pounds overweight.
i want to lose 10-20 pounds by august 27.
problem is, i just like to eat. sometimes i even eat when im not hungry.
and i dont like heavy exerccising.
any tips? please help..
easy excercising would be fine. (link)
That seems like a reasonable goal, but you will have to do a little excerizing and maybe some dieting.

If you really like to eat, you can still continue that. There are two methods to eat healthier that I think might work for you. You can A) try portion control. Eat all the same foods, but use smaller portion sizes. Another method is B)Make healthier choices when eating. Instead of reaching for the cookies, try some carrot sticks. The fewer calories you take in, the less you have to burn.

As far as work outs go, try a low key work out everyday, and then when you eat something heavy, take a walk or do some crunches to work off the extra snack. Set a calorie intake goal, and burn off the extra calories you take in above that goal.

:) Hope that helped.
