can anyone who knows alot about eatting healthy and, or on diet plans help me please. i want to loose thirty pounds. i've decided to start eatting healthy and i need to know what foods i should eat. i need to know what foods can give the protein, iron, fiber, carbs and vitemins i need. also if you can give me tips, those are also appreciated. i also would like to know how to cook foods so that they're healthy like for example chicken. also if you are on weight watchers, can you tell me what foods are the lowest pointers? also if you are good with loosing weight, please give me some pointers.
i'm 5'8 and weigh 128, i know i'm skinny, i just need to loose the weight in my butt and thigh area. i look like a stick with a speed bump. (link)

you're 5'8 and 128. You really don't need to lose 30lbs. What about just going to some toning classes. they have worked for me. Pilates, yoga and aerobics should help. Also kickboxing is great for getting the bum and thighs area. They work better at targetting areas of body rather than losing too much weight from all over.


I have been trying to kill myself sense I was ten. It never worked out right, either there was some-one to stop me or they found me before I could finish. I really don't want to live any more. But I don't seem to have the strength to go on. I don't want to feel this way any more. It scares me and each thought is stronger than the last. I want these feelings to go away. What can I do? Nothing ever seems to help me. I feel that my only option is to kill my self. I still WANT to live though! I'm scared that I might take this to far. Please help me, I don't think I can hold on much longer! (link)
One of the main things that seemed to pop out in your post was an element of hope. I have been in that place that you are in and somedays I retrn to it. Although I cannot say that I know completely what you're going through, I do understand it. But every cloud does have that silver lining and a new day always comes. No one knows what is about to come around the corner but like a piece of music we all have a score in which our music is played. Sometimes the music will be cheery and others awful and meloncholy. But it is up to us, the musicians to take control of the music and play the song which suits us, makes us feel at ease. Problems do not go away, sometimes it will seem impossible to even begin to try to sort issues out and sometimes this can frustrate us and we feel simply out of control, and the impulses to do things can become so tiresome. But what we can do is learn to deal and cope with these problems because no one else but ourselves can do that. Life may seem bad at the moment sweetie but they won't always be this way. Please fight through it and know that you are so very special to the people around you and you have so much strength to come online trying to search for the answers through all of this. Hold on tight.
