Its different for everyone. But basically its when the person you love makes you feel something that you have never felt before. When the person you love is always on your mind and just thinking about them brightens your day. When you're truly in love you will know it.

I don't really understand it, but whenever I meet a guy for the first time now, I always feel like I'm crushing on him. My heart will start beating fast, my stomach will flip, and I'll turn bright red around them. I have some guy friends, but they only became my guy friends when they excluded me from something or got girlfriends themselves. I don't know why I like everyone...Any ideas? (link)

Its pretty normal to be uncomfortable around the opposite sex especially if its someone you are just meeting. Dont worry about it and just be yourself.

ok well, im a girl,im 15 and im a freshman, i started doing track in december and i met this guy that i really liked and it turned out that he liked me too so we started talking on the phone and then he asked me out in jan., he was really the first boyfriend i ever had, when we started going out, i didnt tell my parents because they dont really want me to date until i turn 16 because they are quite over protective, so he stated waiting for me after every class and walked me to class and he always talked to me online and told me how much he missed me when i wasnt with him or talked to him, and he told me he loved me everytime we hung up the phone or left eachother and we never really hung out outside of school or track, so one day i waited for him like i always did and he didnt meet me where we usually did and it was valentines day, i thought that maybe he just wasnt in school, so then i saw him at lunch and he didnt even look at me, so then that day at track i asked him if he was mad at me and he said no, and then didnt talk to me for the rest of the day, so then he began to avoid me everyday and didnt really talk to me that much anymore, then i found out that my best friend sue* liked him and he had gone over her house one day and they talked on the phone like all the time, so i asked him about it and he was like i still really like you im just mad at the fact that you didnt tell your parents when we started going out, and he told me that i never talked to him on the phone even though i did, then i was like are we still even like going out and for like a couple of weeks he was like idk, but i still like you, so one day i was like its a yes or no are we going out and then he said no i guess and then two weeks later he asked out my best friend Sue*..i dont kno what to think, did he ever like me in the first place, or is he just trying to cover up that fact that he still likes me, i have been trying to move on, but its hard because i dont know if it was something that i did wrong and if it is, i dont want it to happen again, can you please help me, im so confused, thanks so much

It wasnt your fault at all, he is just being a loser. He might have just been using you to get at one of your friends easier. But it wasnt your fault he left, he sounds like a jerk

I really need some help i am so confussed. Okay well me and this guy started messing around and he ended up cheating on his girlfriend with me then they ended up breaking up. We've been hanging out for two months and we have done everything. And now he tells me that he just wants to keep it as friends and nothing more cuz he wants to hang out with other girls and keep his options open. But really he is like going places and hanging out with these girls that r ho's. But he still trys 2 talk 2 me and everything and i duno if i should talk 2 him and let it all go n 4get about it or shut him outta my life completly. But what he is going to et from these others girls is nothing that he couldn't get from me so i mean whats up with him? He say's he single and he has his whole life, but i kno he still got feelings for me what should i do? (link)

Since he wants to do stuff with you but just keep your relationship as 'friends' that clearly means you are just a 'friend with benefits' person. Stop associating with him asap unless you like to be a 'friend with benefits'

i'm 13 and i'm only 5'1. i'm very self-conscious about my height so i measure myself everyday. why is it that when i wake up i'd grow half to a full inch from the night before when i measured but at the end of the day i'd measure myself again and it said that i shrunk again? this happens almost every morning, when will i stop increasing an inch and then losing an inch by the end of the day? how can i prevent it? thank u (link)

i was with this guy almost 3 months ago and i luved him a lot but he broke up with me 3 days after valentines which broke my heart. he told me if was becuase he was getting bad grades but i didnt belive him so i had my best friend which is one of his ex ask him y he broke up with me and it turns out he got with me to make my friend jelous. im still friends with her but i just cant get over wut he did plz tell me ways i can get over this situation (link)

Some people are just mean and when you meet someone like that just forget them. You didnt REALLY love him because he didnt really love you back. So its not your loss.

Ok. So i met this kid at a show and we barely talked. But then he came over my friends house with my friend's boyfriend. He's basically really cool to me. Hes totally comfortable to do anything in front of people and is crazy and fun but calm at the same time. He's really nice also. Toward the middle of the night, My legs were over his lap and things like that. But toward the end of the night. But toward the end of the night I was laying on his chest and his arm was across my back/neck. Him and I apperently acorrding to our friends looked really cute together and we were like ok whatever. They wanted us to kiss but it was our first time acutally meeting so yea.
To get to the point..I think I like him but I'm not sure. I want to get to know him better but what if he ends up going out with someone else???? (link)

Well if you really really like him and your worried about him going with someone else, then hurry and make the first move! Ask him out before he gets taken by someone else!!!

Just take it slow and start out with making out with her. If you wanna do that without waiting for her to feel ready, just dive in. Make a move on her and force it. Girls like guys who force things on them anyway....just dont go too far!
