I am a flyer on a cheerleading squad for the school.They make me twist out of mounts and i always get so nervous.I was dropped from a mount once and was rushed to the hospital and i got a concussion.How do i get confidence and feel confertable doing it? (link)

I have been cheerleading for 7 years. I have gone to the hospital pleanty if times. I broke my arm 3 times and my knee 2 times. I am a flyer and i am always scared my bases are going to drop me and im going to hurt myself. After all the times at the hospial i keep getting more and more scared. Mostly all you got to do it belive in yourself. Belive that, that was one mystake and there is not a huge change of it happening again. Just belive that you can do it. I belive that you can too.

okay well i got my period summer before 7th grade.. and im in the summer before 9th grade right now....and i still havent used tampons!! at first i really just, didnt feel the need to..but now i feel the need to and all my friends do and i just cant.. ive tried a couple times but idk.. ive done it with a mirror on the floor, and one of my legs on the ground and one up.. so i can see what im doing.. and it looks as if there is something blocking where i am supposed to be putting it... does that sound normal? i REALLY want to just somehow shove it up there but i dont know exactly what im doing.. ive read instructions and even books made for girls called Caring For Girls... please help i think there issometing wrong with me down there... thanks a bunch sry if i grossed you out=)

Nothin is wroung with you. It hurts like a bitch the first like 100 times. How i learned to do it is i actully asked my mom!! I was totally embarrsed but it helped cause she totally new how do to everything. Its really easy when u get it and its so much easier than pads. Sometimes those direction things dont give you the right information. ( I learned that the hard way )

From the guys that I no they like it shaved all the way cause it kinda gross if your gonna do anything and its just there! Sometimes it can be totally embarrsing its happened to me before and the guy told me i should of shaved!!! I was horrified....Dont worry its hair to it can always grow back. Dont Worry About It

okay me and my 2 friends..Miranda and Ashley are always known to be "best friends" and like no one can split us up..well that's what everyone tells me..anyways..oh yeah and they are neighbors and i live a little ways away from them and i always hang out with Miranda without Ashley sometimes and then Miranda and Ashley always hang out without me..but when me and Ashley try to hang out without Miranda she ALWAYS gets mad at us..like she's always telling us that she feels left out when it's just us 2 without her..but i don't get it because we're not leaving her out we just want to hang out alone or whatever but she doesn't get that..we don't know how else to explain it to her..how should we explain it to her that we aren't leaving her out because whenever Miranda and Ashley hang out i never feel left out or whenever me and Miranda hang out with out Ashley Ashley never feels left out but this happens every time and now we have to keep it on the down low whenever we hang out alone because Miranda gets pissed off..how can we tell her that we're not leaving her out?? help me please!! All you got to do is get you and Miranda and Ashley togther and you have to tell Miranda how you guys feel, Or else you guys are going to get into a big fight and talk behind ecothers backs and then it well be a big mess. Its always better to tell the person how you feel unless its gonna build up inside you then one day you are just going to explode. If Miranda really is your best friend I am sure she well understand.
