13- Female.
I want to start eating better to make sure I stay fit. I'm current like 109 lbs and I would like to lose a few pounds and trim off a few inches off my arms, thighs, and stomach. I need to know how many calories and carbs should I eat? How do I count Carbs and calories? I'm very confused to this whole process. Okay so what you should do is eat fruit and vegetables. Go to the park and run a few laps. Don't eat any fatty food until you are completely sure that you are happy with your body. This is a website that you can go to www.freshforkids.com

so i just took a pregnancy test,guess what?yeah its positive!omg.....ok i wasnt planning to get pregneat yet!i thought the stupid condoms worked!ok i had lots of really big plans ahead of my life!my parents are just going to freak when i tell them.my mom dosent belive in teenage girls getting pregneat,she thinks you should get married and then have cildren.also my parents said if i ever ever get pregneat they will seriously diss own me.ok i really need help!!!

Well first you say you are preganant and you need desperate advice. Ok well what i advice you to do is to tell your parents though if i told mine i was preganat they will kill me ! Or like what some teens do is do an ABORTION! im not telling you to do that but if i was in your shoes no matter what your parents say or do i will keep the baby! They should help you in your condition so try and take my adivce and please contact me abut what their reaction was
