work out everyday for 20mins-1 hour and 30 mins. also go on a diet. a REALLY easy way to loose weight is to eat only fruit, but that would make you crap alot. i went on the LA weight loss and lost alot of weight in 2 months like 20, but i didnt work out.. so have fun
