Being raised on a good family, I am loved by so many. I am a good child, a friendly person, and I do have a lot of friends to turn to and trust. I don't think life could be any better. I'm so happy, despite the fact I just got over a nasty breakup. I have a normal, decent social life and I don't think I have any reason to feel lonely, but I do. I tend to get depressed at times but I don't understand why. I am the happiest I have ever been in my sixteen years.

Lately I have been feeling alone and scared. But I don't even know why. I started crying before I wrote this and I don't even know the reason for it. Why do I feel so lonely? I have such a wonderful family and a lot of friends and I know that I don't have anything holding me back.

When I was in therapy my therapist was going to prescribe me with anti-depressants but our sessions got cut off due to poor healthcare. I've always had a faint thought I was bipolar or something but I think I'm just very emotional. I feel like I have no one to talk to yet there are plenty of people I'd talk to if I wanted or needed to. Help? (link)
Maybe you're depressed or stressed out. Surround yourself with your very best friends and family that always makes me feel better.

Maybe you need to get out more. Go do something fun like watch a movie, go for pinics with friends, go swimming etc. Just have fun!

Talk to your doctor if your really that concerned. They usually know best and probably know more on being depressed and what you can do about it,

Have you ever thought that maybe it could be hormones? I used to (and still do!) go through various moods. They're usually worse when I'm having my period. You could be very close to that time if you haven't already gotten it.

I think i might be pregnant, im only 14 & im scared, but i dont know how to tell my family? (link)
Tell them the truth. Just sit down with them and explain everything. Sure they'll be in shock but it's best they know the truth so they can help you out more. Trust and having faith in yourself is key here. Trust them and have faith that you can tell them.
