One thing is to join Facebook, a social website. Try finding out people's names that she wants to be friends with and have her friend request them.
She can also just say hello and smile. That lights up a person's day and then THEY will put it on. She can make a bunch of friends like that, too.

I just recently started dating this guy, and I don't know if he wants to kiss me. I've never kissed anyone yet and I'm in 6th grade (don't hate) so if he tried to kiss me, I won't know how! How do I know if he wants to kiss me? (link)
