It burns when I pee and I am peeing a lot more than usual for me. It started a few weeks ago and sometimes it doesn't burn as much but when it does it is really annoying and uncomfortable. I've been sexually active and I read somewhere online that it could be a sign of a STD. I've been with a lot of people and some were just hookups at parties and stuff. :\ (I know, I know...it was really stupid of me to have those hook ups!) So, a STD could be a reason why I have these burning sensations but I don't know for sure or anything because I haven't ever gone to a doctor (gynecologist?). I don't want to tell my mom because this is really embarrassing and I don't want her to be mad at me if it is serious.

What do I do? (link)
You have a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI). Be careful if you are having unprotected sex, one of the earliest signs of pregnancy is UTI (in some cases) and sensitive breasts! Drink lots of Citra Soda (fruit salt effervescent - available over the counter and cheap) and if it doesn't clear up in 48 hours you must seek professional help!
Also, not telling your mom if this is serious is the worst mistake, she may be mad at you for a while but she loves you. You need to keep the channels of communication open with her especially if you are sexually active and if you are uncomfortable speaking to her about it, you need to talk to an adult female that you trust like an aunt or family friend. We all do stupid things from time to time but you need to learn from this and be careful, you sound quite young and you have your whole life ahead of you, think about that seriously and know what you want from life, then eliminate possible situations that could seriously hamper your future.
If you want to talk, let me know, I'll be happy to be a sounding board and offer freindly advice.

I'm frustrated with people thinking I am much older than I am. I feel like I'm still young and should be able to experience youth while I still can. However, there are a lot of fashions I like but am afraid to wear because they might be "too young" for me.

I was wondering: How do you know what is appropriate to wear for your age?

Should I be more daring so people know that I'm 21, and not 35? (link)
You definitely should be experiencing youth while you still can! If it is the clothes you are wearing that are generating the 'older lady' feedback then absolutely get a wardrobe makeover!
Remember, though, to be aware of your body shape and coloring as the wrong fit or color in the trendiest style is the ultimate disaster!
If you're a little lacking in the height, avoid anything bulky or tops / coats that are longer than mid buttocks, this will only make you look shorter and frumpy.
If you're on the other end of the scale, break your height with horizontal lines, not just in stripey shirts (be careful if you are full busted) but wide belts, straight across cuts, etc.
Don't be afraid of color but you should know what colors you can't wear.
A good way to go is to team a fun T-shirt (ghostbusters/snoopy/superman etc- leave the 'hello kitty' alone, you're not 6!) with a corduroy jacket, blue jeans (again, a cut that suits you) and cute pumps.
If you see something on a hanger that you would usually pass over, stop and try it on, you will be surprised!
Keep a bounce in your step, get a great hair cut and some new threads and you'll be 21 for the next 10 years! (Also remember SPF moisuriser - keeps the lines at bay and youth in hand!)
Have fun xx

how do you know if you are in love with someone?

i cant stop thinking about him. and cannot ever stay mad at him even though he is a jerk alot of the time.

and i think that its only one way..im feel more for him than he does for me...ALOT more. (link)
RED FLAG! RED FLAG! RED FLAG!

Love is blind but heed the warning bells sweetie, if you think he is a jerk some of the time, he more than likely is a jerk!

Stay away from him or you will have a shattered heart. If he is not showing the same interest in you, he's not interested and if he does hook up with you, it will only be to his own end and that is no good.

Keep well clear of this guy.

I tried to do a Google search, but didn't find much..

I get these small red bumps on the bottom of my butt, near the back of my thighs. They kind of seem like razor bumps, but i rarely shave that close to my butt. I usually always wear thongs, so I don't think they would be from my underwear. I've been putting lotion on them, which sometimes makes them go away, but they always come back.

What is this? And how can i get rid of them?
Thanks! (link)
The skin below your buttocks is generally a lot more sensitive to other areas as it is less exposed (I would assume?) than your arms, lower legs and other extremeties. You are more than likely having a reaction to the detergent in your clothing which reacts with sweat. It is very common and I would suggest you try changing the detergent used for washing your clothes to something milder like baby care detergents. You can use an over the counter antihistemine cream for the 'rash' which will clear in a couple of days. I doubt you have an STD as these will result in a more localised irritation of the genitals or mouth so don't freak out with the other answer and if you are concerned and you have good reason to be then get your GP to check it out.

okay, so ive dyed my hair my entire life. i used to be really bad about it and not thinking about the consequences, would dye it like every 2 months. after about a year of the 2 month cycle crap summer comes alone and i decide to go crazy. i bleached my hair about three times just to get it to a beautiful, natural light non orange blonde. after about a week i got bored and dyed it demi-permanant blue with raw true blue hair dye.

long story short, summer ends and school starts, i dont want black hair but also dont want to screw up my hair any more so i go to a salon and spend over $200 with the end result in mind of a nice natural brown.

my stylist bleached it 3 times (and in a row) and then decided to dye it a light brown color, decided she didn't like it, [i wear glasses so i couldnt see anything she was doing with them off] and re-dyed it blonde and then put red-orange vomit-colored chunks in it.

yeah it sucked so i decided with my natural hair color dark brown almost black to dye it all black and not dye it for a year to make it healthy. i broke that vow and dyed it about six months ago with a little reddish tint after the black had pretty much faded.

now its summer and i wanna bleach it and do crazy colors, but im not sure what kind of bleach to use. i dont plan to bleach my whole head, just a small portion, and no salon cause moneys broke and no job so im broke.ive cut out most of the black dye since then but some of my tips have a little left and i know dyed black hair and bleach dont mix. help and suggestions pleeease. Sweetie, your hair must be dryer than the kalahari in mid winter! You need to treat it before you do anything else to it. I recommend an in-salon treatment like Kerastase Oleo treatement or Loreal protein pre-dye treatment or if this is out of the question, try a home remedy of smashed avo, honey and egg, apply to clean, dry hair for 30 minutes and rinse thouroughly. The egg will replace much needed protein and the honey is incredibly moisturizing - the avo has the best of both. Your black tips are going to turn orange so you will need to cut that out completely. Another suggestion, try avoid box dye, this stains your hair making it that much more difficult to change your color - rather use an approved in salon dye which is also a lot kinder. As for your stylist doing her own thing to your hair - demand your money back! It's not what you wanted and $200 is outrageous!
