You cant really do that, unless you can read binary coding. Or, if you have Windows XP and System Restore is enabled, try that...it might bring it back, but I'm not 100% on that. Sorry I couldnt be of more help! :)

Ok, i just got a motorola IM free and it has a base unit that plugs into a USB port on the computer. Problem is that my computer doesnt recognize that i have USB ports. I think my dad may have gotten it to notice the ports but it says they need to be configured. What does this mean and how do i do it? (link)

Ok...I had a problem a little similar to this on my desktop. What I ended up doing is searching through my computers CMOS. It said something about USB and it was disabled, so I re-enabled it and the ports work as good as new. Remember, if it isnt enabled in the CMOS, then the computer wont supply power to it.
Hope this helps...it helped when I had the same problem.
