I had just gotten a kitten for my birthday and I was wondering if there was a way I could get it to slowly stop meowing as much. It also doesn't really like being touched but I think that's because the lady that owned it had his litter outdoors. I'm trying my best to handle him and get him used to being around people but he meows every few minutes. So any ideas on how to calm him down? (link)

I think this kitten is just not used to too many people and is just nervous and scared. When i got my kitten she would always hide and not let anyone pet or carry her, and now shes used to me but not to anyone else still, thats just how she grew up without much love. now she lets me carry her and pet her. I just think your kitten is just going thru a stage because it is so young. All you need to do is play with your kitten and let it get used to you and then maybe pretty soon he'll get used to you.

ok i have a kitten and i sound really stupid when i say this but i don't know if it is a boy or girl.Some people say its a girl some say its a boy and i need to find a name for it. I tried to look at the thing but i can't tell it looks like it could be both atm.I thought maybe i could tell from the tits it has 8 tits! if i were in the same position you are in then i would ask someone you know that knows a lot about cats. and if that doesnt work then i would give the kitten a name that goes with both a boy and a girl. here are some ideas~
