advice
I've always been told that I am a talented actor. Lately though, I have been restricted from acting by my parents. This is due to my average and not superior grades. I've been trying for nearly 7 months to get the great grades my parents require so that I can do the thing I love most. I just can't get focused enough, I come home and just forget to do my homework after my chores. I am smart, and know that I am capable of good grades, I just can't get my brains together. I would like to go to a study group, but my parents won't let me do that either. How can I get back in my honor roll tactics, and into theatre acting again?
Hey
I think the first thing you should do is your homeworrk as soon as you can before TV, the computer or anything like that as it wastes time. Then work hard so you can get your grade up so you can go back to acting.
I hope this helps!

Hi I'm an A level drama student thinking about going on to drama/dance scool in london and I've not done any auditions before has anyone got any tips to help with nerves and confidance?
Many thx Joolz,(i rate high)
First thing you should do is pick something that your good at or shows off what you can do, as it shows the people judging you what you can do. This second thing is to relax, maybe if you practice infront of people before you go for the audition you might not be as nervous. Don't worry if you are a bit nervous as everyone gets nerves at sometime or another, and anyway, nerves are meant to improve you performance!
I hope this helps!!!
