do i have to change my pad even if i didnt have my period or can i just keep it on until i have my period thanks _(link)

hey
i reccomend that you change your pad frequently
because, it is sanitary

even if you do not have your period,
you shoud change the pad at minimum, once a day
because you might hav discharge or other things that may get absorbed in the pad

so its better to change the pad frequently =D
