okay so i'm 15/f and i live in new jersey. My bf who i've had sex with once so far is 20. since i was 13 and got my period, i've been exactly on schedule every month when getting my period. i usually play school soccer in the fall, exercising every day at practice after school.. however this year i am not playing soccer and so my exercising activity has decreased dramatically this fall. can this affect my period schedule? because i'm a week late for the first time ever! however i've also been sexually active since june, (always use protection).. and never have had the experience of a condom ripping.. but since i'm a week late for the first time ever, i'm scared about what it might mean. is it just the sudden change of exercise level?
it's normal for your period date to change, it happens to me sometimes, but always keep in mind that condoms aren't 100% active, but you should have nothing to worry about
