Yes having oral can give you white sores. it could be a mouth disease though.get it checked by a doctor.

You should tell your bf because if you don't tell him and someone else does...he'll be really mad!if you tell him he'll realize it took u a lot of courage just to tell him.Then he'll forgive you!
