It depends. If you're already loose, it might not hurt that much, it also depends on the width of the guy you're with. Personally, I was pretty tight, and my boyfriend is pretty well.. huge. My first time hurt, BAD. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you. I'd go into details, but I'm not sure if you want me to. I was on bottom my first time, but it works better if you're on top the first time. I know, I know, I thought it was gross/weired to be on top, but it was way easier for me. And use lubrication, we didn't, but I wish we did. Anyways, back to your question. It does hurt, but after a little while, the pain should start to ease up, just don't tighten your muscles down there. But no matter what, it is pretty painful, or so I've heared. The bad thing about bottom, it hurts, from behind, that's the worst, I've never had it done, but I've heared it hurts the worst. And then there's the top, it will still hurt, but not as bad, the only bad thing is it seems like you can feel the pressure inside your stomach. I don't know, I'm just rambling now, sorry!
