ok.....there is a school dance coming up and I really wanna go sooooo bad!!!!!!!!I totally skipped the last dance because i had a track meet to go to. i want to go to this one but i have almost no friends, so if i go, it will be really awkward because i dont have a whole crowd around me. I'm in 7th grade, and most of my friends are 9th grade boys, but they dont usually go to the dances. and i thought about bringing my stepsister but I know she'll get all the attention from the boys because shes in 11th grade and she dances like shes all that just because she got a fatty and a big chest size-----and she always rubs it in my face.(not literally) What should I do??????
you should just try to walk up to new people and ask if they wanna tlk and stuff. thats what i did at my school dances..i would walk up to different ppl and just start dancin with them

I have a project to do for school in social studies, and I was wondering if anyone could help me. I need to know 10 pros and 10 cons for either Gun Control or the Death Penalty. Now I know most people say "Oh I hate school!", but really, I do. I get made fun of so much but I try to brush it off because I don't want to seem like a weak person. One girl and a few of her friends call me a dike whenever they see me. I don't know why, I'm not; I don't know what gave them that idea. One kid calls me fat and makes fun of the clothes I wear. For one, I'm not fat... I'm not the skinnest person ever, but I sure as hell am not fat. Then theres this other guy, who also makes fun of the clothes I wear. For instance today I had a Sid Vicious shirt on and he harrassed me the whole way home about it. "Oh my god he killed his girlfriend" "Sid Vicious is so gay" "I hate the sex pistols" "You're a loser if you listen to them" I really have had it and I'm really sick of school, I just can't put up with it anymore and have no idea of what to do. I want to drop out so bad, I just can't put up with people and there stupid jokes. Anybody know what I can do about this. I really don't want to talk to anybody about it but I just don't know what else I can do. -kate
babe, i can totally relate cause ive been made fun of for 7 yrs, going on 8 now& i know its fucken hard as hell to keep your head up when you know you dont have anything to look forward to when you go to school, trust me, im the same way! I hate school too! But try just ignoring these people, i know it gets tired after awhile but you just gotta stay strong! If i wwas there, and you told me what was goin on..i would totally fucken stick up for you and kick those kids ass's cause noone and i mean NOONE has the right to put down people when people probably put down them! Remember, kids only make fun of other kids cause they are insecure about themselves and they wanna seem coool. which it isnt cool to say shit about people. I mean i hate it! And when things like this happen..just tlk to your guidance counselor or simpley handle it yourself by saying "Look, im not a dike and its not up to you what the fuck i wear to school, you might not like it but i sure as hell do! So back off or ima get you in trouble and you wont fucken like it!"
