lemons doesn't really lighten your hair! lol
if you want a cheap way to do it, you can buy *A Touch Of Sun* at grocery stores like safeway, or at beauty stores. its only $3.99 but if you have dark dark hair it wont turn blonde it will only make it orange! so then you can buy regular blonde hair dye at a store like walmart or beauty store!

Well I stopped wearing foundation or any face makeup cause your face will clear up and get a tan since its summer! =D and go light on eyeliner, since it can smudge easy in summer..and everything else i think is fine! ♥

okay, so i wanna highlight my hair. i usually go and get it done, but i wanna do it myself this time. however, i dont really have the time to go out and buy stuff for it right now. so does any one know, stuff at home that i could use and how to hi-light it, and not make it look like crap?!

Hmm..
well i've highlighted my own hair before and it came out cute, but I did have to go out and buy the hair dye for it. If you're really good at dying you don't have to go out and buy the cap and everything but you do have to buy the hair dye! =D Anything else you're thinking of dying your hair with i don't think will come out too good..

pfft. no that is not true! =D
pink can look just as adorable as a neutral or tan eyeshadow. it just depends on your outfit! if you're wearing a cute pink top, go ahead and wear pink eyeshadow. just don't put it on all the way up to your eyebrow!
