OK. I'm allergic to fake earings and it really sucks. I can't get those earings with fake silver that only cost a dollar anymore. Is there any way I can were fake earrings(not clip-ons) with getting a rash on my ear?

nope, not really. But claire's & kohl's & some other stores i'm sure sell sterling silver & something else .. i don't know what it is, but anyways, anything that says "sensitive solutions" or "for sensitive ears" should be fine, and a lot of it really isn't that expensive.

16/f. I've been really curious about tanning salons. I really want to go to one, but my mom is kind of hesitant to let me do such a thing. Aside from it looking "fake", is it as dangerous as a tan from the sun, or is it less harmless? Also, my arms are tan (I have a "farmers tan") from wearing short sleeves, but I can't wear tank tops, show my stomach or even wear low cut tops (I don't want to wear TOO low cut tops, but right now, everything under my neck line is white...) and I want to get rid of that, so how would I even it out in a tanning bed?
it's your decision whether you want to tan or not, but i personally like it =)
if you want your tan to even out faster, put a low spf suntan lotion on your already-tan parts & some tanning lotion on the rest of you, and it should even out fairly quickly. after that, use either nothing at all or just some tanning lotion [ & suntan lotion if you have any burnt spots!! ]

I've had this really cool outfit I have planned, and it includes a skirt I bought last spring. Now I'm just wondering if the skirt is still in style? It's a jean skirt with the ruffles, the creases in them, you know? Or are those crease/ruffles out of style and should I buy a new skirt to wear with my shirt and shoes? Thanks for the help!

? in my opinion, pleated skirts = cute.
some places they're "in", some places they're not. but the bottom line is if you like it, wear it. nobody's going to like, make fun of you for it. it's not like you're wearing like, a brown garbage bag skirt or anything.
um, so yes. you don't need a different skirt, wear the one you've been planning on wearing.

Yeah, I think anywhere from $15O - $25O .. I don't have them, so I don't know first hand, but I've heard they're pretty easy to use after you get used to them.
I want to dye my hair a crazy color like blue or purple, and I want to know some good hair products that work for *ahem* ethnic hair ( I'm Black if you haven't figured that out yet) I want something that will be semi-permanent. I also don't want to bleach my hair, I don't want to put too many chemicals in it. So if anyone has any ideas, let me know.
If your hair is dark, they're probably going to have to bleach some out to get the color to show up + stay in. A friend of mine has dark brown hair, and she tried putting a color in underneath, and you could only see it if you knew she had done it + you were looking specifically for that, you know? Maybe your hairdresser has some way to do it, but most things don't show up well // at all on darker hair.
Remember 2 years ago when those lace-up jeans came out?? Like they laces up either in the back or on the sides or in the front. Are those still in style or did thery go out a year ago?
Well, they were never really in style or whatever here, like, ONE girl wore them, and she was disgusting. Haha, but anyways, I know they were in for a while in other places, but I haven't seen them in a while. But anyways, if you want to wear them, go ahead -- maybe you'll start a new trend =)

I'm not much for hairy guys, but I guess if it's not out of control super gross hairy, it could be alright. I mean, if I really liked someone, I don't think I'd stay away from them just cause they had a little bit of hair. I guess it depends ..

ok.. heres my question and im begging people to answerrrr. My sister gets highlights here and there at a place. Shes 2 years older than me, and sometimes has more privelages. But before school starts.. which is in september for me i wanted to get highlights. I dont even know what kind.. im not even worrying about that. But for some odd reason my mom just says no... idk why she says yes to my sister it must have something to do with the fact that shes older. How should i encounter my mom?? And also my hairs like a light brunette, and i have freckles and blue eyes, what kind of highlights would go ((i dont want to go to dark.. i dnt think i would like black unless you really explain it)) thx..

Just tell her that you really want to try something new with your hair, and that you'll pay for part, if that's an issue. I think I'd go for blonde if I were you :o).

Smokey eyes are pretty much black // grey eyeliner + shadow, and black mascara. Um, I use .. crap, I can't remember what it's called, but I prefer the self-sharpening kind [[ it like, twists up ]], because it's softer and goes on well ALL the time, when pencils, well, don't.

You need a good moisturizer, a good facewash, + a spot treatment, most likely. And exfoliating will help get rid of dead skin. Try different things, because, yeah, some things work well for some people, but not for others. If you go to a dermatologist, they'll be able to give you something that will most likely work faster than a store-bought treatment. Good luck! :o)
I have dirty blonde-ish/light brownish hair and its a little bit passed my shoulder. Last summer, I used Sun In only once and when I went in the pool, the chlorine made the highlights stay in. Now you can see the highlights growing out. I really wanna dye my hair but I dont know what color I should dye it. I don't want to go dark. Can someone please help me with my problem?

I'd go to a salon and ask for their opinion, because in general, they can do a better job making all your hair the same color [[ otherwise, the part that was highlighted will probably still be lighter ]] If you don't want to go dark, try a blonde a little lighter than your normal color. Just see what's out there and what would look good with your complexion, etc.
