I was wondering if any of you had any makeup tips you could give me to bring out my face more. Especialy my eyes. For some reason my eyes make me look like im high all the time but im not!

I have blonde hair green eyes fair skin and sorta small lips

any tips?

Okay..

eyes: first curl your eyelashes..(this improves your eyes SOO much)then apply mascara..then eyeliner..and if you want a sort of more dramatic look (burn your eyeliner with a lighter then blow it until it doesn`t look really hot cuz if you apply it to your eyse too soon it will be very waxy) then apply the eyeliner..and maybe finish up with some bronze-tanish color nothing to crazy like (blue or purple)..and for your lips just apply clear gloss..that`s perfect for thin lips..otherwise if you add all the "lip liner".."lipstick"...and other stuff your lips will only look smaller..hopefully i helped..i`d loved if u wrote me back telling me how my tips worked out 4 ya!

ok so im goin to a halloween party thrown by one of my friends from a different school.so all the ppl from her school r goin and they are all like slutty ppl. hmm..lets see..how bout a goddess...wrap urself in a white cloth and u could mae ita short kinda thang..then do ur hair in like curls..or u could be like and angela and use that cloth and like make a halo outta like a hanger or pipe cleaner and paint it white or gold..err..u could also be a life gaurd and wear ur bathing suit and buy lifesavers (the candy) and when ppl as who u are say a lifegaurd and give them a candy..or u could be a mardi gra gurl and show up topless with sum pants and mard gra beads...j/k hope i helped!

hmm..well i was 14 when i started wearing makeup too! and..well just a few tips "I" learned..u don't wanna start of wearing makeup so heavy..just buy the basics..black eyeliner..mascara..maybe some "bronze/shimmery eyeshadow" natural colors like tan colors..and some clear lip gloss..okay this is what ya should do..apply some fondation on any pimples first..or discoloration to the face...then if ur eyelashes arent naturally curly..curl them with a eyelash curler..next u wanna put the eyeliner on..not like one stroke..maybe like 3..then u wanna put some mascara on..(and if u wanna wear eyeshadow u do that b4 mascara) then u apply another layer of eyeliner..finish off with lipgoss..and VA-VOOM..pretty hehee oh yeah..and when u put eyeshadow on dont put it on too thickly! good-luck!

wear that skirt anyway! hehe..juss get a lil tan..put on a kute anklet..and some kute flip flops too! hehe!the key is to accessorize..get a really kute anklet..and some kute flip flops and u'll have ppl focusing on where u got ur anklet and flip flops..rather than ur legs

Will Clorox Bleach bleach your hair? I don't want to try it out and find out that it works! This isn't really important but I would apprechiate it if you would answer this.

oh no..don't try it..it will burn ur scalp out..and if it really was able to dye ur hair then it would be "clorox bleach hair dye" not clothing wash..

TOOTHPASTE! lol..put it on b4 u go to bed over ur zit..go to sleep..and when u wake up it SHOULD minimize it..then put some concelour on..some powder..and it looks like its not there : )

hmm..for a casual date u dont wanna over-due it..or make it look like u spent hours in the mirror to impress him..u kinda juss wanna go with a natural look..and bring ur natural beauty out..maybe some mascara, a body tone eye shadow, eyeliner..and some clear lipgloss!
